IMPORTANT NOTES

• Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 21 days prior to the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guiding may be provided.
• When only category information is provided without specifying names, and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments etc., hotels that are farther than the specified kilometers may be used. In such cases, your agency will provide information 48 hours before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of fold-out beds and coach beds, participants in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child are deemed to accept any potential discomfort and bed size in the rooms.

Child discounts apply for one child fitting the age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantees are provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels.

• Breakfasts included in the tour program are generally offered as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the respective country and may be served in a separate hall assigned for the group.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized as a general introduction to the cities, conducted through the vehicle with a guide narration and do not include entrance fees for museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if access is denied by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or if blocked roads occur for any event, as well as due to weather conditions that may make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if access by vehicle is not permitted.
• Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be altered by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites and weather conditions.
• Participation in optional extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted to wait at any suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour concludes.
• When only category information is provided and/or when alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) you will be staying in 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Tour flights are group tickets, and flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you through the tour information by your agency.
• It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flights. If guests purchase domestic connection flights independently from a different service provider, in the event of cancellation or changes in the tour by the agency, they cannot claim any refunds from the agency. Guests accept in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to changes or cancellations of the tour, and the agency cannot be held responsible.
• According to airline regulations, if the return flight ticket purchased for a round trip is not used for the outbound flight, the return flight may be canceled by the airline.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point without any delay. In the opposite case, they will provide all transfers on their own.
• Passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the notified times, do not check in or conduct boarding procedures on time, or who check in and board on time but still miss the flight are not the responsibility of the agency. The costs for obtaining new round-trip tickets required for passengers who miss the flight and transfers in the destination area etc. are their own responsibility.
• Participants in the tour are fully responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity cards, and the agency cannot be held responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case items are forgotten and found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and the costs incurred during delivery fall to the item owner.
• In cases of illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential, the guide cannot accompany guests on an individual basis in such adverse circumstances.
• During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory to accurately provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Tickets are issued according to these details. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
• In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
• Seating numbers in bus usage cannot be guaranteed during the tours.
• During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to guests are the times the vehicle wheels start rolling. Our guide, who is responsible for treating all guests' rights equally, will not wait at the meeting times, and in case of an unexpected delay, the late guest must arrange their transport to the next stop at their own expense.
• Participants acknowledge that they will participate in the tours specified in the tour program and that they will pay the amount declared in advance related to expenses incurred for local guides, museum & historical site entrances, city taxes, and any audio system headsets during the trip. Participants have been fully informed on this matter.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated September 28, 1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to existing trips. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

 

VISA

• There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is over 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not perform their flights. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• The visa information provided in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than Turkish Republic should obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
• The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• In case of torn, worn, soaked and/or similarly damaged passports; to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited, those passports should be renewed, and if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, the related visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a document showing consent from both parents upon entry and exit from the country; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
