Day 1 ISTANBUL – DUBAI
We will meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Dubai starts with Emirates Airlines' scheduled flight.
Day 2 DUBAI – BALI
After our arrival in Dubai, our flight to Bali starts after the scheduled transfer with Emirates Airlines. Our night will be spent on the plane. Upon our arrival at Bali, Indonesia's most visited island known for its beaches, we will transfer to our hotel with the special bus waiting for us at the airport. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Day 3 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off with our guests for a full-day tour including lunch: Ubud Tegalalang & Kintamani Batur Volcano & Tegenungan Waterfall. During this full-day trip, we will closely experience Bali's impressive culture, handicrafts, picturesque rice fields, traditional villages, and the breathtaking view of Batur Volcano and its lake. Then we will head to Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art. Here, we will watch artists carving intricate patterns into wooden blocks. Afterwards, we will go to Tegalalang rice terraces, one of the most beautiful places associated with Bali. Don’t forget to take plenty of photos here. Our next stop for lunch is in the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we will observe Batur Volcano from above, looking down at the valley and Batur Lake with its black lava strips, and then we enjoy our lunch at our restaurant with a beautiful view. After lunch, we will visit the coffee plantations in the Kintamani area, and then we will visit Tegenungan waterfall, the heart of Ubud. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Day 4 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off with our guests for a lunch-inclusive tour of Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulundanu Temple. We start our day by visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. The area is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as it was put under protection in 2012. After Taman Ayun, we continue our journey towards Bedugul, located in the highlands of Bali. Bedugul is a part of Bali, yet it is completely different from the others in every sense. Known as the coldest place on the island, Bedugul has a completely different climate compared to other locations. After having lunch at a local restaurant surrounded by lush forests, we visit Bratan Lake and the Ulundanu Beratan Temple, which is symbolic of Bali and has been featured in many movies. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest.
Day 5 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Mengiat Beach located in the Nusa Dua region. You can swim in the crystal-blue sea with sandy beaches made of ocean corals, relax on a sunbed while getting a foot massage, and enjoy fresh coconut drinks while indulging in the sun, sea, and sand. After our beach tour, we head to Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant to enjoy our dinner while watching the sunset on the beach. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Day 6 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off with our guests for a lunch-inclusive tour of Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest. First, we visit Goa Gajah, the Elephant Cave dating back to the 11th century, where we also visit the Sacred Spring water, believed to have healing powers. Our tour continues at Ubud Village’s art market. Next, we will visit the Royal Temple in Kapal village, which is home to about 300 monkeys that are believed to protect the three temples within it, and then to the Tanah Lot Temples, which are built on a rock over the ocean. After this, we will proceed to the world-famous Monkey Forest. The lunch will be served at a local restaurant featuring Indonesian cuisine. At the end of our tour, you will have the opportunity to watch Bali's magnificent sunset. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Day 7 BALI – DUBAI
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of our rooms and have free time until the transfer time announced by your guide. Then we will transfer to the airport. After luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will have our flight to Dubai with Emirates Airlines' scheduled flight. Overnight on the plane.
Day 8 DUBAI – ISTANBUL
After our arrival in Dubai, our flight to Istanbul begins following a scheduled transfer with Emirates Airlines. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, the end of our tour and services.

For local service providers in Bali (Local Guides, Bus drivers, Waiters, Porters, and Bellboys), 50 EUR per person will be paid to your guide during the tour.
Important Note: Nyepi (Day of Silence):
The "Nyepi Day" (Day of Silence), celebrated every year in Bali, is a sacred day for the Balinese people. Throughout this day, it is strictly prohibited to leave hotels. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and tourist areas are closed. Noise must be minimized, and lights must be kept at a minimum level. It is a time for spiritual purification and meditation. Nyepi Day will be on March 19, 2026. For accommodations that coincide with this date, you will need to spend time at the hotel. Planning should take this day into account.

It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirement list that can be obtained from our agencies must be submitted to the agency in writing at least 1 month before the tour date.
In cases of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodations may be made outside the promised distance and area. In such cases, the hotel area will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour start.
The visa must be obtained from the first country entered or the country where the longest stay will be made, otherwise, the agency will not be responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
The agency acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and is not responsible for any reason for the failure to approve the visa, delays, and/or errors in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from the agency.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show fees charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane lands may vary. The agency cannot be held responsible for changes in flight times or possible delays made by airlines.
Guests who do not confirm the flight times and routes are not held responsible by the agency for changes in domestic flight transfers.
For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the departure flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
Generally, baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to which you are traveling. Inside flights in the visited countries may reduce this weight to 15Kg. The excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
In the event that the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.
City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days according to the arrival time in the city.
The tours specified in the itineraries may take place on days other than those indicated at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Extra tours on the route will take place if at least 6 participants join the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.
Tours or trips that are not permitted to visit by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours will only be realized if a minimum participation of 20 people is achieved; if the participation is lower, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide, and if necessary, prices may be adjusted. The agency is not responsible for not being able to conduct such trips or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the star category the same.
All hotel names mentioned in the programs are examples (V.B. and similar) and are written to serve as a reference for star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made in the named hotel.
In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed, or it may be a foldable bed.
During your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings after using your transportation and before leaving the hotels you have stayed at.
Child discounts are only applicable for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where a child under 18 years old, who is not considered an adult, does not participate in the tour with either one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the consent forms required for participation in the tour during travel.
In case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
