 1 - You are required to confirm your flight times with our company at least 48 hours before departure. On some dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. Our responsibility does not cover domestic tickets purchased by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may make changes to the tour program flow as long as the content remains the same.
3 - The cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If you purchase them with your package, the cancellation and refund terms of your package tour will apply to additional services as well. We recommend purchasing a protection package insurance policy from your agency against unforeseen events, as there will be no other actions we can take in this case since the necessary reservations have been made and paid to the service providers. The list prices apply for single purchases. 
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;
* When the number of people is 16 and over, a bus is used, 
* When the number of people is between 9 to 15, a midibus is used
* For groups of 8 and under, a minibus is used.

1-For the tours to be conducted in Turkish with a guide, it is necessary to reach the minimum number of participants. If these numbers are not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B- A price difference can be charged to conduct in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C- If the above options are not acceptable to the guests, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour is returned to the guest without deductions. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2- At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A- If a health problem certified by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or for the person with whom they shared the room, the fee paid related to that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B- For cancellations made 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C- No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D- Guests who are not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time may prefer to arrive at another point by their means to join the tour. In case they do not prefer this or due to the nature of the tour, this may not be possible, no refunds will be made.
E- Some tours take guests from different hotels; therefore, in case of delays, guests will be informed of the time of arrival by our authorized personnel. These types of delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a basis for cancellation, and no refunds will be made if cancellation is requested.
F- During the free times and breaks provided during the tour, our authorized personnel will inform guests about the meeting time. In the event of the guest being late, if the flow of the tour is not affected, it is at the discretion of the personnel to wait for a reasonable time or continue. In other cases, the guest may choose to continue the tour by their means to the next point or return to the hotel by their means. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:  The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best, based on a balance of price/quality and our long-standing experience in Egypt, and are certified by the International Tourism Standards and the Authorized Authorities in Egypt. In the case of defective and/or unsatisfactory services during our tours and activities, since the process you spent in Egypt is constantly monitored by us, we intervene immediately to resolve the problems in question and/or partial or full refunds are made based on the problems. Refunds for discounted packages will be calculated based on the net amount paid after the discount is deducted.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances arising from the local and general conditions of Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions, delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, or camel riding activities may pose some risks of accidents, which can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any unfavorable outcomes. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we ask you to strictly adhere to our personnel’s warnings, follow all prescribed precautions, and wear any safety equipment provided as necessary. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing in religiously significant places lies with our guests. The company is not responsible for guests who are denied entry due to inappropriate clothing.
7- You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. It is completely your responsibility to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunblock, shawls, or to borrow towels from the hotel for use and return.
8- Guests should inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, dietary restrictions due to health reasons, etc. Regarding these special situations, please understand that we may not be able to always meet your needs. We will only do our best to accommodate.
9- We strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages, eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and avoid consuming open, unpackaged food sold on the street during your stay in Egypt and during our tours. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, as it may cause symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10- As with any cautious individual, we especially recommend that you take out Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
