If the guest cancels a purchased tour: A. If a doctor’s report confirms a health issue, the full amount paid for the relevant tour is refunded without deductions. If the discount on the package is higher than the refund, no refund is given; if lower, the difference is reimbursed. B. Cancellations made more than 25 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. If the discount exceeds the refund amount, no refund is made; if less, the difference is refunded. C. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. D. Guests who are not at the meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another point at their own expense; if not, no refund is provided. E. Due to hotel pick-up arrangements, minor delays are acceptable; the tour content and duration are unaffected. No refund is given if the guest refuses to wait or cannot attend. F.
