  • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or the airline may refuse to honor their flight. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • There is no visa requirement for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid issues with customs officers at the border crossing of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, or similar damaged passports, it is advisable to renew those passports. If a Turkish citizen is traveling to a country that requires a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to be sensitive to the potential demand for a document showing the consent of both parents at border control, and we recommend that minors and their parents be aware of this issue.
