• Travelers cannot exit the country even when they have a valid visa if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago in the case of normal passports and more than 5 years for other passport types. Please check your passport information and details.
• The passport police require a minimum of 6 months of validity from the travel date for all types of passports (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic), regardless of whether they are Turkish citizens or foreign citizens with a valid visa when departing from Turkish customs. Therefore, passports that are valid for less than 6 months will not be approved by our agency. The agency has no compensation obligation towards passengers who cannot participate in the tour due to less than 6 months of validity on their passports.
• The agency is an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip and all third parties providing services such as ships, hotels, carriers, and other services related to the travel and hence acknowledges that they are not responsible for any delays, strikes, terrorism, war and war possibilities, any third-party personal faults, or any unforeseen technical matters arising due to agreements made between the agency and the transporters, nor are they directly responsible as the principal entity.

Extra tours are implemented based on participant numbers determined by the tour leader and may vary based on the flow of the program decided by the tour leader. Tours may not take place due to weather conditions or local regulations blocking access to certain areas or tours. The agency cannot be held responsible for these cases.
• Participants must carry relevant documents concerning their health issues, pregnancy status, and the medications they are regularly using with legal reports.
