IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the mosque visit, it is important to note that; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for the mosque visit.
• For our Desert Safari tour, it is important to wear comfortable and sporty clothes, and to take a jacket. It is suggested not to eat heavy meals before the tour and to drink plenty of water. Guests with complaints about the stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests should inform their tour guide.
• To take advantage of the discounted tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency official at the time of the tour.
• Extra tours are only available with a minimum participation of 10 people. If there are fewer than 10 participants, changes in tour prices may occur, or it may be conducted as a metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may vary depending on the region's density or the period. The prices during the purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In the event of VB processing in our program, or when only category information is provided without specifying names and/or multiple options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour.
• Our programs will be greeted by a guide at the destination, and the package includes only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will be included as well. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they stay before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour depends on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour's movement date.
• City tours included in the package are the panoramic tours meant for general promotion of cities, conducted in vehicles without including entrance to museums or archaeological sites and lasting max 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program may not take place due to the closure of the sites to be visited by local authorities on the tour date or if roads on the route are closed due to any event or weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for failure to carry out the tours. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot where vehicle access is restricted or blocked due to closed roads.
• In the programs, the presence of a guide at the airport occurs at the arrival based on the flights. In return transfers, it is necessary to be ready at the reception of the hotel that the guide stays at before the time specified by the guide.
• Hotels indicated as included in the package may vary based on availability, particularly during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar hotels may be provided, and there is no guarantee of a specific hotel name.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation procedures cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
• Due to the nature of the extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity will apply since payments are made in USD at the relevant destination.
• As our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their language proficiency.

• GENERAL CONDITIONS
• The tour program specified at the time of reservation is subject to the general conditions and obligations stated below, which must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country they are traveling to and/or may not be able to fly from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
• Due to the risk of issues with the customs police at the country border regarding torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is essential to renew mentioned passports and obtain the relevant visa in the new passport for any country that applies visa to Turkish citizens. The responsibility lies with the passenger if this is not done.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Any issues arising from this are the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts only as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visas if necessary; BTB TOURS is not responsible for guests being unable to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no penalty or responsibility for personal visa applications.
• When travelers submit their visa applications through BTB TOURS, they should ensure the correctness of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect information or situations that may prevent boarding.
• The documents required for passengers applying for a visa independently (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Guests should take this duration into account when scheduling their appointments.
• In the case of a guest canceling their reservation or not being able to participate in the related tour, no refund will be made for the visa fee or service charge. If the guest obtains their visa through BTB TOUR'S Visa Department, and it is explicitly stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund for the remaining amount, excluding the fees paid to the consulates for visa processing, within one week from the visa's expiration, provided that they present their passport confirming the visa has not been used. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refunds will be made.
• Changes may occur in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change; the hotels' availability may vary significantly during high season or special periods, hence similar hotels may be provided. Guests accept the risk of time changes and hotel changes at the time of purchase.
• Three-person rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In three-person rooms, extra bed arrangements are made, and the third bed is smaller than standard beds. A guarantee for three separate beds is not possible, and if there is a compatible room at the hotels, they will block it based on availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children accommodated with two adults.
• The breakfast provided at the hotels is continental, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
