After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Valencia. Valencia, on Spain’s eastern coast, is a city surrounded by turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, blending history and modernity. As the third-largest city in Spain, Valencia attracts visitors with its rich history, culture, and art. Upon arrival, our city tour will include the City Hall, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, Art and Science Museum, the historic Mercado Central, and the old silk exchange. Afterwards, we transfer to the hotel, check into the rooms, and have free time. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Granada. Upon arrival in Granada, our city tour begins. Granada is a city full of history and culture, located in the heart of the Andalusian region. It is famous for its historic heritage, music and dance, breathtaking landscapes, and the Alhambra Palace. The city is one of Spain’s leading tourist destinations, attracting millions of visitors each year. During the city tour, we will see Granada’s main streets including Gran Via, BibRambla, and City Hall Square, as well as the Granada Cathedral (exterior), Madraza University, the Silk Market, and the old Nasrid caravanserai. Following the tour, those guests who wish can join an optional spectacular Alhambra Palace tour. Please inform your agent during reservation if you wish to participate in this tour.) The Alhambra, one of Granada’s greatest treasures, is a stunning example of Islamic architecture from Andalusia. It is one of Spain’s most visited historic sites and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned worldwide. This famous site was begun in the 13th century on Sabika Hill, serving as a fortress and palace, and construction continued into the 15th century. Due to the red earth used in its construction, it gets its name “The Red One,” or Alhambra. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Albaicín, one of Granada’s most historic and enchanting districts, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and scenic hills, it reflects the Andalusian Islamic culture and architecture, mirroring Granada’s history. In this tour, we will see the streets, traditional houses, and lively atmosphere of this district. Afterwards, we will experience a flamenco show in a cave with handmade decorations and enjoy a drink as well.

After an early breakfast at the hotel, we head towards Seville. Seville, in Spain’s Andalusia region, is a city famous for its rich history and culture. Located along the Guadalquivir River, during our city tour we will first visit Plaza de España, including Maria Luisa Park and Plaza America, the tomb of Christopher Columbus, and the world’s third-largest cathedral, Seville Cathedral (exterior). Next to the cathedral, on the site of an old mosque, remains of the Giralda Minaret can be seen. We will visit the Alcázar Palace (exterior), the tomb of Columbus, and the Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), which served as a fortress and a watchtower in the past. We will walk through the narrow streets of Santa Cruz, known as the “Old Seville,” with its old alleys, historic buildings, and vibrant atmosphere. Our exploration continues with a visit to the University of Seville’s main campus, which was formerly a tobacco factory, as well as the Naval Museum. After the tour, we drive to Ecija.

Ecija, located in southern Spain’s Andalusia region and part of the Seville province, is a historic city often called “The Peacock of Andalusia” or “The City of Towers.” It is renowned for its rich Baroque architecture and grand historic buildings. Known as “Astigi” during Roman times, it was an important center of the province of Hispania Ulterior. During the Umayyad period, it was an important cultural and economic hub. Today, walking through Ecija’s streets, one can feel the atmosphere of its historical palaces, churches, and high bell towers from the Baroque period. The 18th-century Santa María and San Juan churches are among the finest examples of Baroque art. For travelers interested in history, art, and traditional Andalusian architecture, Ecija is a hidden gem waiting to be explored. Walking in the narrow streets, one can find traces from both Roman and Islamic periods. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in an additional grand city tour (Cordoba & Mijas & Malaga). (140 Euro) Cordoba, in Spain’s Andalusia region, is a historic city known for its rich cultural heritage, impressive architecture, and Islamic-influenced buildings. We will reach Cordoba after about 1.5 hours of travel, where the Guadalquivir River will welcome us. We will cross the Roman bridge, pass through the Roman gate, and enter the city. The most magnificent structure here is the Mezquita-Catedral, one of the largest mosques in the world, with 850 columns. During our guided tour, we will witness the grandeur of this masterpiece and learn fascinating details about it. After the tour, we will walk through the old streets that display the elegance of Andalusian architecture, with traditional inns and houses. Then, our next stop will be Mijas. Mijas, in southern Spain’s Andalusia, is a charming mountain village famous for its whitewashed houses. Close to the Costa del Sol coast, Mijas offers both sea views and historical charm. The old town, Mijas Pueblo, features narrow streets with Andalusian architecture, flower-decorated balconies, and white houses, resembling a postcard. Although its roots trace back to the Romans and Phoenicians, much of its current character was shaped during the Islamic period when it was part of Andalusia. Notable sights include the small bullfighting arena and the ruins of Mijas Castle. Afterward, we come to our final destination, Malaga, the birthplace of Pablo Picasso. Sightseeing in Malaga includes Paseo de Parque, Plaza de la Merced, Jewish Quarter, Plaza de la Constitución, Larios Street, Puerto Marina, and the Alcazaba Fortress with the Gibralfaro Castle. After the tour, we return to Ecija and spend the night at the hotel.

Approximately 70 kilometers from Madrid, Toledo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has hosted various cultures, including Romans, Visigoths, Muslims, and Christians. Known for its medieval architecture and cultural heritage, it features winding streets, the Toledo Cathedral (exterior), converted mosques, and many other wonders. After the tour, we head to Madrid.

Madrid, Spain’s capital, is one of the country’s most visited cities due to its rich history and culture. The city tour includes first the Bullfighting Arena (exterior), Alcala Gate, Independence Square, Cybele Monument, the famous Gran Via street, Bernabeu Stadium, Plaza Castilla, Atocha Train Station, Prado Museum (exterior), Don Quixote and Sancho Panza statues at Plaza de Espana, the Royal Palace (exterior), the 9-gated Plaza Mayor, and Sol Square. After breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by the guide, we transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, our flight with AJet Airlines flight VF606 departs for Ankara at 15:25. We arrive at 20:55 local time, and this concludes our tour.
