***Sales of Extra Tour Packages are only conducted by our guide in the region; there is no Extra Tour Package Sale from Turkey.
IMPORTANT NOTES
● In order to benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency officer during the tour.
● Extra tours will be conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours provided the content remains the same.
● Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
● When only category information is provided in the program without specifying names and/or if options for the same destination are available, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
● Our programs will have a guide available at the destination, and the package includes guiding services only for the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
● Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund of the requested extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by the AGENCY 2 days before the tour departure date.
● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion of the cities and are arranged with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours without including entrance fees to museums or ancient sites.
● Panoramic tours and other tours listed in the program may be canceled if the local authorities close the sites, if the routes are blocked due to any event, or if there are weather conditions that make the tour impossible. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours in such situations. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where roads are blocked or entry is not permitted.
● The guide will meet the guests at the arriving airport. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time provided by the guide.
● The hotels listed in the program are available for sale. Availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided if necessary.
● We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destination. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency that the banks will not accept.
● Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, it is the responsibility of the guests to know foreign languages.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot assume any responsibility.
● To avoid issues with customs officials at the border of the country being visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● The validity period of the guest's passport must be at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any issues preventing the flight will be the passenger's responsibility.
● The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa in its discretion. The AGENCY has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only takes on the role of an intermediary institution. The individual visa applications have no penalties or responsibilities for AGENCY. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
● For passengers applying for their own visas, the documents required (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests should schedule their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any potential issues.
● No refund will be made for visa fees and service charges in the event that the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and if the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may refund any amount except for the charges paid to consulates within a week after presenting their passport to show they did not use it before the visa expiration date. If the guest has obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
● Changes to the routes may occur depending on the city where the plane is landing. The type and time of the flight may change, and this is considered accepted by the passenger when purchasing the tour.
● Guests must be present at the airport from which their flight will depart at least 3 hours beforehand. Domestic passengers should base their ticket acquisition on their flight time. The AGENCY will not be responsible for any problems and damages arising from the failure to make the flight due to the passenger's own actions.
● Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. An extra bed is available in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms, and if there is a room available suitable for this, it will be blocked by the hotel based on availability.
● Child discounts are only valid for children accompanying two adults.
● The breakfast provided in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.
● Guests must have travel and health insurance covering the period starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the related insurance policy with them. Guests without the necessary insurance may face fines from the respective country's police. The responsibility for facing any fines for not carrying the insurance falls on the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another one or more countries, or in not being allowed to cross the border. This situation is beyond the control of the AGENCY, and in such cases, the AGENCY will not be held responsible.
● In order for the visit to provide benefits in terms of economy and duration for the group, passengers who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the travel route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is complete. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick these guests up and the journey will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days while maintaining the same content or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, the AGENCY is obliged to provide the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or prices may change.
● Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
● The flight seats in our programs are group seats and the round-trip is arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing or not using the outbound flight, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the airline's rules will apply.
● Any last-minute delays or gate changes during flights will be indicated on information boards/screens at airports. Passengers must keep track of this information. In the event of missing the flight due to personal reasons, the passenger will need to obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the initial day’s program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if they travel to the city/country with a different flight than the group, transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel is the passenger's responsibility.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability with the respective airline after the ticket has been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, to upgrade the desired ticket to an available economy class, the fare indicated by the airline must be paid by the passenger beforehand. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour starts.
● To use your mobile phones abroad, you should check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to see if your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
● During your journey, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings completely when briefly or fully separating from the transportation means you are using and the hotels you are staying at.
● The AGENCY reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program due to unforeseen circumstances or as deemed necessary.
● The AGENCY retains the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
● The AGENCY is not responsible for any items left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Passengers under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if they are traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother, and if traveling with a third party, both parents' consent is required. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible if the flight is not carried out due to the absence of consent.
● General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
