IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the mosque visit, the following points must be observed; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; long-sleeve jackets and headscarves should be provided for mosque visits.
• For our desert safari tour, it is recommended to wear sports and comfortable clothing, bring a jacket. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour and a lot of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If there is a participation of less than 10 people, the tour prices may change or may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• The prices of extra tours may vary due to the density of the region or the period. The prices at the time of purchasing from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to the VB processing in the tour program or situations where only category information is provided without stating a name and/or is available for options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the travel movement.
• Our programs will be greeted by the guide at the destination to be visited, and the guide service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be acquired. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. On return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of cities and do not include museum or historical site entrances. They are tours of maximum 2-3 hours with guide narrative from within the vehicle.
• Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may not be conducted due to local authorities closing the visited places on the scheduled day for any events or depending on weather conditions, and BTB Tours is not responsible for such situations. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if possible due to closed roads or locations that do not allow vehicle access.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet you at the airport of your arrival, while in return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel you've been accommodated at, according to the time given by the guide.
• Hotels and other services listed in the program are for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantee of hotel name is given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/used currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be made with old types of currency that banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD-EUR parity will be applied the same.
• Our package tours are aimed at international travel, and therefore, the knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests themselves.
• GENERAL TERMS
• The tour programs indicated at the time of booking must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise outside of the communicated information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is over 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting, and/or the airline may not operate their flights from Turkey. In such a situation, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid issues with border police at the entry point of the country being visited. In case of T.C. citizens applying for visa, the visa should also be on the new passport. Responsibility lies with the passenger in case of such situations.
• The validity period of the guest's passport must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacles will be the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa in cases where deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary organization. There are no sanctions or responsibilities for BTB TOURS regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have signed up for the tour accepting these conditions.
• When applying for a visa through BTB TOURS, guests must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect information that may cause issues with the flight.
• The processing time for individual visa applications to the consulate of countries where guests will apply is normally 1 business day to gather necessary documents (hotel confirmations, flight tickets, etc.). Guests are required to schedule their appointment times considering this duration. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays in this matter.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refunds for visa fees and service fees will be made. If the guest obtained their visa through BTB TOURS Vize department and this visa service is mentioned as an extra service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may obtain the unused visa for the visa using their passport within 1 week from the date of expiry of the visa, and will only be refunded for the remaining amounts excluding any fees or charges paid to the consulates. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, and if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made.
