IMPORTANT NOTES • If passports and required documents are delivered completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international travel. • The agency is not responsible for problems arising from the necessary documents for the visa not being provided on time and completely. • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport control officers have the authority not to allow entry. In such a case, the passenger is responsible. • Since it is common to have extra beds in triple rooms in hotels, the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. Some hotels do not have a third bed application. In packages working with such hotels, the agency will inform guests during sales. • Children’s prices are valid only when children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents, as the 3rd and 4th persons. For children in the 0-2 age group, the child's age is calculated at the end of the tour; for children in the 3-12 age group, the child's age must be under 12 at the end of the tour. • The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons. • If participation in the tour is insufficient, the agency will notify guests of cancellations/changes at least 21 days before the departure. • The agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All times must be confirmed at least 48 hours before departure. Our passengers purchase the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change. • For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg. • The agency may change the hotels specified in the program while maintaining the same category. • Extra tours are organized with a specific participation requirement. They may not be organized if participation is insufficient. In case of low participant numbers, prices may be revised and new arrangements made by the guide. • During the sightseeing on the way, guests who do not participate in the optional tours will be directed to rest areas located before the city entrances, coordinated by the guide. • Tours where local authorities do not permit visitation for any reason will not be conducted. The agency is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours. • In case of cancellation or change, the “SALES CONTRACT” of the agency is valid. • Two of the dinner meals on the ship will be formal dinners. It is recommended that all male passengers bring at least one suit, and female passengers have at least one evening dress. • The restaurants and tables where the group will dine during the cruise are predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at the designated places from the first meal to the last. • During check-in for the ship, each passenger (only one in couples) must show their credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception to receive their cabin keys. Cash payments are only accepted in the casino; other areas do not accept cash. The currency on the ship is EUR, and credit cards are valid. All expenses can be checked on your room's television. • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, iron, hairdryers, etc., onboard the ship. • At the start of the cruise, luggage tags in specific colors will be provided for all luggage of the group along with the cruise tickets. These tags must be attached to the luggage at the cruise port. • Luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of departure. This is due to high volume and crowding, and it is a situation entirely under the responsibility of the ship. It is advisable to carry essential needs in a small handbag on the first day. • Adherence to the ship's departure times is mandatory. Entry to the ship at ports must be made at least 60 minutes before departure; otherwise, boarding may not be possible. The agency will not be responsible for such situations. • At the end of the cruise, you should pack your luggage and leave it in front of your cabins by attaching the previously provided tags, no later than 00:00. After disembarking, the group will collect their luggage from the designated station. All guests are kindly requested to identify their own luggage by touching and checking it. • All flight tickets (outbound and return) and cruise tickets must be with you during the trip. Responsible for the entry to the country/ship for passengers who do not have their tickets are solely their own.
