IMPORTANT NOTES
•    The agency will assist with visa applications if passports and required documents are delivered completely. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
•    The agency is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the required documents for the visa in a timely and complete manner.
•    Having a visa does not mean entry to that country is guaranteed. Border police have the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
•    Due to the practice of extra beds in three-person rooms in hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, the third bed option may not be available. The agency will inform guests during the sales process regarding such hotels.
•    Child prices are valid only under the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 year child application, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the tour's return date, and for the 3-12 year child application, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the tour's return date.
•    The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
•    In case of insufficient participation in the tour, the agency will inform the guests of cancellation/change at least 21 days before the tour departure.
•    The agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. The flight times may change before the flight. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our passengers have accepted the possibility of changes in flight details when purchasing the tour.
•    For domestic low-cost flights, there is a luggage allowance of 20 kg.
•    The agency reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
•    Extra tours are organized under certain participation conditions. If participation is insufficient, they may not be organized. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, the prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
•    Guests who will not participate in extra tours along the way will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
•    Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
•    In case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
•    During the cruise journey, 2 of the evening meals will be official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger who wishes to dine wear at least one suit, and females also bring at least one evening dress.
•    The restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner during the cruise will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit in predetermined places.
•    During check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit in cash to the ship's reception when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere except for the casino on the ship. EUR is the currency accepted, and credit cards are valid. You can check all your expenses through the televisions in your rooms.
•    It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, iron, hair dryer, etc., onto the ship.
•    At the beginning of our cruise journey, specific colored suitcase tags will be delivered to you along with your ship tickets for all group luggage. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
•    Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late at night on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, and it is definitely under the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential needs in a small handbag and take them with you on the first day.
•    Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. In such cases, our agency will not be held responsible.
•    At the end of our cruise journey, you must collect your luggage by attaching the tags that will be left at your cabins the night before and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the disembarkation procedures, the group will collect their luggage from the station where their bags are located. WE KINDLY REQUEST EVERY GUEST TO TAKE AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING IT.
•    ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND SHIP TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
