DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – BARCELONA
Meet at Istanbul Airport at the Domestic Exit terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at 05:00 in the morning, then depart for Barcelona with Turkish Airlines flight TK1853 at 08:00. Upon arrival at Barcelona at 10:45 local time, transfer to the port where the Costa Smeralda cruise ship will depart. After check-in and passport procedures, settle into your cabins and enjoy some free time. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight onboard the ship.
DAY 02 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at Ibiza port at 12:30 PM. After breakfast, enjoy free time for personal activities. Guests interested can explore Ibiza’s stunning beaches, shop, or dine with guidance from our tour leader. The ship will depart at 20:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 03 SEA DAY
On this day at sea, the ship offers many options for entertainment and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools, jacuzzis, sunbathing areas, or shop at duty-free boutiques. Try your luck at the casino or enjoy music and entertainment at various bars. A variety of dining options are available throughout the day. Dinner and overnight onboard the ship.
DAY 04 PALERMO
Our ship will dock in Palermo at 08:00 AM. After breakfast, enjoy free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests can join an optional “Palermo & Cefalù Tour” organized by our guide. Visiting Palermo, the capital of Sicily, and then heading to Cefalù, known for its medieval structures, perfect for shopping and experiencing Sicily’s atmosphere. Highlights include the Norman cathedral and ancient laundry house. Return to Palermo and take a city tour. Afterwards, visit the Monreale Monastery to see stunning mosaics covering 6340 m² depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments. Return to the ship, which departs at 16:30. Dinner and overnight onboard the ship.
DAY 05 CIVITAVECCHIA / ROME
Our ship will dock at Civitavecchia at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, enjoy free time for personal activities. Guests can join an optional “Rome City Tour” organized by our guide. This full-day tour includes a 1 hour 15 minute drive to Rome on our bus from Civitavecchia. We will take a panoramic tour of Rome, visiting Castel Sant’Angelo, the Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale, Marcello Theater, Circus Maximus, and ancient forum sites. Afterwards, explore Rome’s famous squares on foot; including Piazza Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. After shopping stops, return to the ship, which departs at 19:00. Dinner and overnight onboard the ship.
DAY 06 SAVONA – GENOA - PORTOFINO
Our ship will dock in Savona at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, enjoy free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests can opt to join an optional “Genoa & Portofino Tour” organized by our guides. Savona’s port is close to Genoa, a historically important maritime city that once ruled over part of the Mediterranean, including Istanbul. Visit key sights like San Lorenzo Cathedral, Doria Palace, and the house of Christopher Columbus. Then, we will go to Portofino, a picturesque seaside village known for its charm. Enjoy free time there before returning to the ship. The ship departs at 18:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 07 MARSEILLE (AIX-EN-PROVENCE)
Our ship will dock in Marseille at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, enjoy free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests may take an optional tour of “Marseille City & Aix-en-Provence.” We will start by visiting the Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral, situated on a hilltop. Other highlights include the Longchamp Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old town, the City Hall, and the marina area. Then, we will head to Aix-en-Provence, about 40 minutes away. Known for its Romanesque façade and cloistered streets, it features the famous Saint Saviour’s Cathedral from the 12th century. During a leisurely walk through the old town, see historic inns and the Mazarino district designed by Cardinal Mazarino’s brother in the 17th century. The ship departs at 18:30. Dinner and overnight onboard the ship.
DAY 08 BARCELONA – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock in Barcelona at 08:00 AM. After breakfast, disembark and transfer to the airport with our private vehicle. After passport and baggage procedures, depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight TK1856 at 13:35. Arrive at Istanbul Airport at 19:15 local time. End of our tour.
