Tour details
Living and Brief Information About Cruise Ships Cruise ships equipped with the latest technology can be compared to floating deluxe hotels. The daily program of activities will be distributed to your room the evening before each day. You can follow this ship newsletter to learn about all planned activities, weather conditions, ports of call, reservation contacts for special restaurants or spa, and other relevant information about what will happen on the ship that day. The most common language onboard is English. If you are on a guided program in Turkish, our guide will assist you with all matters from ship newsletters to restaurant menus and will prepare special newsletters for our valued guests. When boarding the ship, you will need to check-in at the counter located at the entrance of the ship by submitting your luggage, passport, and credit card information (a deposit will be made for possible expenses). Your passport will be issued to you at the start of the trip and will be returned at the end of the tour. After submitting your passport, the ship will give you a Boarding-Card. This card will serve as your passport, your room key, and for all transactions onboard. The Boarding-Card contains your name, cabin number, dining session, and other information. There is a dress code for passengers on the ship. Since the ship hosts special events like the captain’s welcome dinner and gala night, we kindly ask you to bring elegant and classic clothing. You can follow the ship newsletter for the organization of events like the gala night and welcome dinner, as well as other special arrangements. The dress code is also specified in the newsletter. Cruise ships have restaurants open for about 20 hours a day where you can eat anything at any time. In addition to the main restaurant included in your fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are fast food points and buffets available. There are also thematic restaurants such as Thai cuisine, steakhouse, etc. You can make reservations in advance for these restaurants and enjoy special dishes prepared by expert chefs. Thematic restaurants are chargeable. Cruise ships offer many facilities and activities for families with children. There are children’s pools and play clubs where kids can have fun. Cruise ships are designed by engineers to ensure stability during travel, preventing any rocking. Ship captains are specially trained for this purpose. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas including cabins. There are no signs forbidding smoking on the open decks, so you can smoke in designated areas where ashtrays are available. Medical services including doctors and nurses are available onboard. Handicap-accessible cabins are provided on the ships.

Passport control authorities have the right to deny entry. In such a case, the passenger is responsible. • Due to extra beds in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than standard beds. Some hotels do not offer a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, the agency will inform guests during the sales process. • Child prices are only valid when children stay in the same room or cabin with their parents as the third and fourth persons, respectively. Flights are subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol and may change prior to departure. All flight times should be confirmed within 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Guests purchase the tour with the understanding that flight details may change. • For domestic low-cost flights, baggage allowance is 20 kg. • The agency may change the hotels listed in the program to hotels of the same category. • Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, these tours may be canceled. When participant numbers are low, prices may be revised and new arrangements made by the guide. • Guests not participating in optional city tours will be directed to rest areas before city entrances, guided by the tour guide. • Tours that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be conducted for any reason will not be performed. The agency is not responsible for the failure of these tours. • The “Agency Sales Agreement” applies for cancellations and changes. • During the cruise, two of the dinners are official dinners. All passengers will be seated at the designated places from the first to the last meal. • During check-in on the cruise, each passenger (or only one per couple) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception to receive cabin keys. Cash is not accepted except in casinos. Payments are made in euros and via credit card. You can check all expenses on your TV in the cabin. • Bringing alcohol, iron, hair dryers, or similar items onto the ship is strictly prohibited. • Prior to departure, luggage tags of different colors will be provided along with your cruise tickets. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port. • Luggage may not reach the cabins on the evening of the first day of the cruise until late due to high demand and crowding. It is advisable to carry essential items in a small carry-on bag on the first day. • The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. Entry onto the ship should be completed at the port at least 60 minutes before the departure time. Otherwise, access may be denied, and the agency is not responsible. • At the end of the cruise, guests should pack their luggage the night before and attach the provided tags, leaving them outside their cabins by 00:00. After disembarkation, the luggage will be collected from the designated station. Each guest is kindly asked to identify their luggage and check it personally. • All guests must carry their outgoing/incoming airline tickets and cruise tickets with them. Guests without these tickets are responsible for any issues with entry to the country or ship.
