IMPORTANT NOTES • The agency will assist with visa applications if passports and required documents are delivered completely. A valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration is mandatory for international travel. • The agency is not responsible for problems arising from incomplete or delayed submission of necessary documents for the visa. • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport control has the authority to prevent entry. In such a case, the passenger is responsible. • In hotels, 3-person rooms have an extra bed, which may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not have an extra bed option. In packages working with such hotels, the agency will inform guests during sale. • Child prices are valid only if the children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For infants aged 0-2, the child’s age at the end of the tour must be under 2 years; for children aged 3-12, the age at the end of the tour must be under 12. • The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external circumstances. • If participation in the tour is insufficient, the agency will notify guests 21 days before the departure date of any cancellations or changes. • The agency acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines, subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All times should be confirmed at least 48 hours before departure. Passengers agree and acknowledge that flight details may change when purchasing the tour. • Domestic low-cost flights include 20 kg of baggage allowance. • The agency has the right to replace hotels listed in the program with other hotels of the same category. • Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement. They may be canceled if participation is insufficient. In case of low participant numbers, prices may be revised, and new arrangements may be made. • On the way, guests who do not participate in optional tours will be directed to rest areas before city entries, as guided. • Tours that are not permitted by local authorities to visit certain sites will not be conducted. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. • Cancellations and changes are subject to the “Agency Sales Agreement.” • During the cruise, two of the dinner meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male passenger bringing a dinner dress or suit, and female passengers bring at least one evening gown. • During the cruise, the restaurant and table assignments for dinner are predetermined and numbered according to names. All guests will sit at designated places from the first meal to the last. • During check-in, every passenger (only one for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception to receive cabin keys. Cash is not accepted outside of the casino. Onboard currency is EUR, and credit cards are valid. All expenses can be checked on the TV in your cabin. • It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, iron, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship. • At the start of the cruise, color-coded luggage tags will be provided along with your cruise tickets. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the port. • Your luggage may not arrive in your cabin on the first night of the cruise until late evening. This is due to high traffic and crowding, and is under the control of the ship. It’s advisable to carry essential items in a small carry-on bag on the first day. • It is imperative to adhere to departure times. Embarkation must be completed no later than 60 minutes before the ship’s departure at ports. Otherwise, you may be prevented from boarding, for which the agency is not responsible. • At the end of the cruise, you should pack your luggage and place it outside your cabin by attaching the previously provided tags, by 00:00 the night before disembarkation. After completing disembarkation procedures, passengers can retrieve their luggage at the designated station. Please check your luggage carefully and touch it to ensure you take your own items. • All passengers must carry their flight tickets and cruise tickets with them. Passengers who do not have their tickets may be responsible for their entry into the country or onto the ship.
