Cruise ships can be likened to floating deluxe hotels equipped with the latest technology. You can follow the daily program detailing activities to do in the ship through the ship newspaper distributed to your room the night before. This newspaper can be thought of as a bulletin containing all the information you'll need about activities, weather, port information, contact information for special restaurants or spa reservations, and all the happenings of that day on the ship. The prevalent language on the ship is English. If you are on a program with a Turkish-speaking guide, our guide will assist you with everything from ship bulletins to restaurant menus, and will prepare special bulletins for our valued guests.

Upon boarding the ship, you'll need to check in your baggage and passport, and provide your credit card information (a deposit for possible charges will be processed) at the check-in desk at the ship's entrance. Your passport will be returned to you only after the tour ends. After handing over your passport to the ship, you'll receive a Boarding Card. This card serves as your passport, your cabin's key, and is used for all transactions on the ship. The Boarding Card has various information including your name, cabin number, and dining session.

There is a dress code for passengers on the gemi. Since the ship has special events like a captain's welcome dinner and gala night, we kindly request you to bring elegant and classic clothes. You can keep track of these events and special organizations through the ship newspaper provided earlier. The bulletin will indicate the dress code as well.

On cruise ships, there are open buffet restaurants available where you can eat at any time throughout the day, covering the 20 hours. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in your price at the main restaurant, there are also fast food points and buffets available. Furthermore, there are special concept restaurants aboard. You can make prior reservations and enjoy special dishes prepared by expert chefs in restaurants like the Thai restaurant and Steak House. Thematic restaurants require an extra fee.

Cruise ships offer numerous facilities and activities for families with children. There are children’s pools and play clubs where children can spend time.

Cruise ships are designed to not swing during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the ship, including cabins. You can smoke on the open deck where there are no signs prohibiting smoking and in places where ashtrays are provided. There is a doctor available on the ships. Ships also have accessible cabins for persons with disabilities.

• It is absolutely necessary to adhere to the ship's departure times. Entry to the ship must be made at the latest 60 minutes before the ship's departure at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you should collect your luggage by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabins the night before and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00.
