IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notice will be 20 days before the tour departure date. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• If the tour program mentions only the category information without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agency at least 48 hours before departure.
• In fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified km. In such cases, your agency will notify you at least 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and in these rooms, the third bed is smaller than the standard beds. The triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are called foldable or coach beds, participants acknowledge that there may be discomfort and bed type differences when reserving for 3 persons or children. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults of relevant age group.
• Breakfasts included in the hotel are generally called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, served in a limited menu and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to introduce the cities with a guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. These tours may not be available due to local authorities not permitting entry or closure due to events at the scheduled day and time or weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is not responsible, and the tours may be conducted by bus or on foot if possible.
• You will be informed about your hotel(ler) 48 hours before the departure if only the category information is given or if there are alternative options for the same destination.
• Participants can pay in advance for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, headsets, audio systems, and other related costs, by participating in the tours specified in the program. This information is provided before the tour.
• Promotional and Early Booking tours cannot be canceled or changed by the guest.
• Our agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airlines, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the tour or flight. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes promptly. Passengers purchase the tour understanding that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
VISA
• Visa requirements are applicable for Turkish citizens. For visa application, a passport valid at least 6 months from the end date of travel is required, and applications must be made to our agency with the documents specified in the "Documents Needed for Visa" list.
• For travelers with a Turkish green passport, if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, entry to the destination country or boarding by the airline may not be permitted. Responsibility in such cases lies with the passenger.
• Green passport holders do not require also a visa, but a passport valid at least 6 months after the end date is sufficient.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; border police may refuse entry. Our agency is not responsible for such issues, and it is the passenger's responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged may cause problems at border crossings. Renewal of such passports and ensuring that visas required by the country are in the new passport is the passenger's responsibility. Responsibilities lie with the passenger if issues arise.
• Minors traveling alone or with only one parent should be prepared for possible requests for parental consent documents at entry/exit points. We advise both minors and their parents to be aware of this requirement.
