1. Day ISTANBUL - VENICE We meet at Istanbul Airport's international departure terminal three hours before your flight. After luggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we take our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Venice, then transfer to our private buses and depart for Venice city center. Upon arrival at Tronchetto Square, we take a short vaporetto ride to St. Mark's Square for a panoramic city tour. At the end of St. Mark's Square, you'll find the magnificent St. Mark's Basilica. This basilica is famous for its gold mosaics and Byzantine architecture. The famous Bridge of Sighs (Ponte dei Sospiri), which connects to the prison cells, is also located here and is the last view of the city from inside the cells. During our city tour, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, Doge’s Palace, Campanile and Clock Tower, and Giorgio Maggiore Church will be among the sights. The first thing that catches your eye upon arriving in Venice is, of course, the waterways. The Grand Canal is the main artery of the city, lined by magnificent Renaissance palaces. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Venice and enjoy some free time to rest. 2. Day VENICE – GARDALLO GARDEN – MILAN After breakfast, we visit Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake, to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The waters of Lake Garda are rich in emerald greens and beautiful shades of blue. A walk around the lake or simply gazing at the scenery is very relaxing. After Lake Garda, we head to Milan. After arriving in Milan, we begin our city tour. Milan, located in northern Italy, is a vibrant city known as the center of fashion, design, and business. The Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano) is one of the most iconic structures, exemplifying Gothic architecture. It is the fifth-largest church in the world and one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in Europe. The cathedral's exterior is made of white marble and richly decorated with intricate carvings. Numerous statues and sculptures adorn the façade, with the most notable being the golden Madonnina statue at the top, considered the city’s protector saint. Next to the cathedral is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a magnificent shopping gallery renowned for its glass ceiling and mosaic floors. Here, you can find luxury brand shops, elegant cafes, and restaurants. The gallery has four main entrances, with the most famous one from Piazza del Duomo. Upon entering, the striking architecture immediately captures attention, a perfect blend of modern engineering and traditional art. After the tour, transfer to your hotel and enjoy some free time to relax. 3. Day MILAN - FLORENCE After breakfast, we move to Florence. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour. Florence is a place where the Renaissance originated and developed, holding a unique place in the world cultural heritage. The city has been a center of art, science, and philosophy, with great figures like Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and Brunelleschi working here under the patronage of the Medici family. Florence is like an open-air art gallery, bisected by the Arno River, with the Ponte Vecchio, known for its jewelers, the Palazzo Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria, home to the famous sculptures of Hercules and David, as well as the Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo) with the third-tallest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery with its famous doors are among the sights. In the evening, return to your hotel and enjoy some free time to rest. 4. Day FLORENCE – (SIENA – SAN GIMIGNANO – PISA) After breakfast, we depart for our Tuscany tour, visiting Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. The first stop is the historic charming city of Pisa, famous for the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This world-famous tower is part of the Piazza dei Miracoli, which also includes the stunning marble cathedrals and baptistery, showcasing the artistic and architectural richness of medieval Italy. After visiting the Leaning Tower and the Square of Miracles, we head to San Gimignano. Upon entering this medieval town, the first thing you'll notice are its towers. Once there were 72 towers, now only 14 remain, built by wealthy families to demonstrate their power and wealth. The Piazza del Duomo is the town’s sociocultural hub, featuring the 12th-century San Gimignano Cathedral, which houses magnificent frescoes reflecting medieval Italian art. Adjacent is the Town Hall (Palazzo del Popolo). Next, we visit Piazza della Cisterna, a charming square named after its ancient well. It is lined with stone buildings and historic structures, giving the feeling of walking through a time tunnel. You can browse small shops selling local products and handicrafts, and try the famous gelato at Gelateria Dondoli. Afterward, we proceed to Siena. The first sight here is the Piazza del Campo, considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world, with its sloped design and the Fonte Gaia fountain in the center. The square hosts the famous Palio di Siena horse race twice a year, involving 17 different neighborhoods (contrade). The Siena Cathedral, a stunning Gothic structure covered in white and green marble, is also worth a visit. Walking through Siena's narrow, winding streets offers a rich historical experience, with murals and ancient stone buildings at every turn. In the evening, return to the Montecatini hotel and enjoy free time to relax. 5. Day FLORENCE – ROME After breakfast, we head to Rome. Once there, we start with the Outlet and Lakes Region tour, including Castel Gandolfo and Nemi. Castel Gandolfo, with its elegant castle rising toward the sky and cobblestone streets whispering history, is a fairy-tale-like village where the magic of history and nature blend. The bright blue lake underneath the sky seems like a mirror, creating a peaceful mood. The Papal Palace in the heart of the town is a symbol of its historical grandeur. For centuries, popes found peace and relaxation here. The town’s colorful flower gardens and pathways make visitors feel like they are inside a dream. Nemi is famous for its strawberry fields, which shine like red gems, and the annual Strawberry Festival is celebrated with lively festivities. After visiting Nemi, enjoy free time at Italy’s most popular outlet shopping centers, offering great shopping opportunities for both locals and tourists. Explore for souvenirs and special items. In the evening, transfer to the hotel for some leisure time. 6. Day ROME After breakfast, explore Rome. Once an ancient city renowned for its eternal glory and shaped by the winds of history, Rome hosted emperors, gladiators, and distinguished artists. The tour includes the Castel Sant'Angelo, built originally as a mausoleum for Emperor Hadrian and later used as a fortress and prison. The Roman Colosseum, or Flavian Amphitheatre, is an iconic symbol of ancient Rome, where courageous gladiators and wild animals fought in grand spectacles. Next, we visit the Trevi Fountain, famous for the sculptures and the tradition of tossing a coin for good luck—ensuring your return to Rome. The Pantheon, with 135 steps leading to its entry, and the Spanish Steps with their sinking monument, collectively highlight Rome’s architectural legacy. We then proceed to Vatican City, visiting Saint Peter’s Square, with its towering obelisk and colonnades, and the Apostolic Palace. Here, you can see the Papal Basilica and the famous window where the Pope addresses the crowd. In the evening, return to your hotel and enjoy free time. 7. Day ROME – (NAPLES - SORRENTO) After breakfast, we depart for Naples. Naples, founded by the Greeks in the 7th century BC and the capital of the Campania region, was an important center during the Roman Empire and has been home to various cultures and civilizations over the centuries. The city’s historic center is famous for its narrow streets, churches, ancient ruins, and grand squares. Key sights include the Naples Cathedral, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), Royal Palace, San Carlo Theatre, Galleria Umberto I, and Via Toledo shopping street. After exploring Naples, we move to the picturesque seaside town of Sorrento, located on the cliffs overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Famed for its scenic views, lemon groves, and olive orchards, Sorrento’s heart is Piazza Tasso, lined with cafes and shops. The Sorrento Cathedral is also noteworthy. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the bay before returning to Rome in the evening for overnight stay. 8. Day ROME - ISTANBUL After breakfast, farewells are made, and you check out from your hotel. Transfers are arranged to Rome Airport, where you will board your Turkish Airlines scheduled flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.
