Comfort Benelux & Paris & Germany Tour - Including Extra Tours - Pegasus Airlines

Day 1                          Istanbul –  Paris

We will meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport in Istanbul at the international departure terminal, three hours before the flight, to complete our ticketing and luggage procedures. Our scheduled flight with Pegasus Airlines will take approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes to Paris. After arriving, we will start exploring Paris, one of the world's most important metropolises, where you can see traces of its history at every corner. When it comes to romance, one of the first symbols that come to mind is Paris, and undoubtedly what gives this city its romantic character is its neoclassical architectural style shaping the entire city. With Haussmann buildings and broad avenues adorned with alleyways, Paris welcomes its visitors as if in an open-air museum, offering a wide range of experiences from art, culture, fashion, to gastronomy. Our first stop on the city tour will be the Champs Elysees avenue, known as the most famous shopping street. After some free time for food and shopping, we will meet at a designated time with our guide and head to our hotel for check-in and rest, followed by some leisure time.

Day 2                 Paris - Eiffel Tower - Seine River

After breakfast, we will join a tour of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. A boat tour on the Seine River will offer a joyful experience with views of Paris's iconic structures. During our river cruise, you'll see landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre Museum, Alexander III Bridge, Orsay Museum, and the Institut de France from a panoramic perspective. This pleasant time on the river will give you the chance to see the city from a different viewpoint and live a memorable travel experience. After the cruise, we will ascend to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, which was designed for the 1889 Paris World Fair. Over time, it has become a symbol of Paris and one of the most magnificent structures worldwide. It remains one of the most visited tourist attractions today. After our visit, we will head to our hotel. Following the tour, there will be a visit to a store where you can try and purchase high-quality, reasonably priced perfumes. You will also have free time for shopping on the Champs Elysees and dinner, after which we will return to our hotel for rest and relaxation.

Day 3             Paris Montmartre - Notre Dame Cathedral – Luxembourg Gardens – Louvre Area

After breakfast, we begin our tour of Montmartre (Artist’s Hill), Notre Dame Cathedral, Luxembourg Gardens, and the Louvre area. The northern part of Paris and its most artistic and bohemian district, Montmartre (Artist’s Hill), will be our first stop. We will see the lively nightlife and colorful atmosphere of Pigalle, famous for hosting the Moulin Rouge cabaret. We will take the funicular to the top of Montmartre, where the Sacre Coeur Basilica awaits us. Once the spiritual center of the city, the Basilica, which began construction in 1875 to symbolize France’s spiritual renewal, was only opened for worship after World War I. Montmartre evolved into an artistic hub, hosting many famous artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, and Emile Zola. You will have free time to explore the charming bohemian streets filled with art galleries and enjoy lunch. Our tour continues with Notre Dame Cathedral, a gothic masterpiece situated on the Seine River, featuring stunning stained glass windows, intricate decorations, and famous bell towers. Next, we visit Luxembourg Gardens, a captivating park adjacent to the French Senate with elegant 17th-century gardens, where you can enjoy strolling among lakes, flower beds, and sculptures. Then, we head to the Louvre District. The Louvre is one of the largest art museums in the world, home to famous works such as the Mona Lisa. Its enchanting pyramid and hidden masterpieces make it a paradise for art lovers. After the tour, we will head to our hotel.

Day 4             Paris - Metz - Luxembourg

After breakfast, we will check out early from the hotel to leave for Luxembourg. First, we will visit the city of Metz. One of France’s oldest cities, Metz has historically changed hands between France and Germany due to wars, and its rich history and architecture are captivating. Metz is one of France’s greenest cities, with the Moselle and Seille rivers and lakes offering stunning nature. The German Gate, built during the Middle Ages by German workers over the Moselle River, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and is an exquisite example of Gothic architecture. We will also see the St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Place d’Armes Square, the famous Metz Covered Market, and the historic opera and theater buildings located within Metz. Afterward, we will continue to Luxembourg. Located at the crossroads of Europe, Luxembourg is among the most developed countries economically. Established in 963, the city lies at the intersection of Roman and Cermanic cultures and has been influenced by both civilizations. After the Treaty of London, Luxembourg officially became the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with the country and capital sharing the same name. The city’s attractions include the Casemates du Bock, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its historical walls and underground tunnels, Place Guillaume, one of the main squares, and Chemin de la Corniche, known as Europe's most beautiful balcony, offering spectacular city views. You will have free time in the old town for dinner and exploring before returning to the hotel for rest and relaxation.

Day 5                   Luxembourg - Trier - Brussels

After breakfast, we will head to Brussels in the morning. On our way, we will visit the city of Trier. Located in southwestern Germany on the Rhine River, Trier is one of the oldest cities in the country. Known as Augusta Treverorum during the Roman Empire, Trier boasts a rich history and architecture. Its history dates back to the Roman period, with many ancient Roman ruins and structures still visible today. Among these are the Porta Nigra (Black Gate), Kaiserthermen (Imperial Thermal Baths), and Roman Bridge. After exploring Trier, we will arrive in Brussels. As the capital of the European Union, Brussels is also a vital hub for international diplomacy. The city has preserved its medieval heritage while evolving into a modern metropolis. During our city tour, we will see the Royal Palace, the Grand Place (city square), St. Michael’s Cathedral, The Stock Exchange Building, and the iconic Manneken Pis Statue (the urinating boy). You will have free time to explore the city after the tour. In the evening, we will depart for our hotel in Brussels for check-in and rest, followed by some free time.

Day 6             Brussels – Bruges - Amsterdam

After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and head to the center of Amsterdam. Before exploring Amsterdam, we will visit Bruges. Known as the Venice of the North, Bruges enchants visitors with its well-preserved medieval architecture, narrow streets, colorful historic buildings, canals, and significant landmarks, making it a UNESCO protected city and a step back into history. Its lush parks and natural surroundings add to its historic charm and romantic atmosphere. During our walking tour, we will see Grote Markt, the Gothic Town Hall, the Belfry Tower, the Sacred Heart Basilica, and the picturesque Minnewater (Love Lake). You can enjoy some free time in charming cafes and try local cuisine during this period. Afterward, we will continue to Amsterdam. On arrival, the city’s vibrant culture, canals, museums, and lively atmosphere will be explored. Known for its liberal lifestyle and as a hub of arts and entertainment, Amsterdam features sights such as Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and the Oude Kerk (Old Church). There will be free time for shopping and dinner before returning to our hotel for rest and leisure.

 Day 7             Amsterdam - Marken & Volendam - Zaanse Schans

After breakfast, we will visit Marken & Volendam. These charming villages will give us a glimpse of traditional Dutch life. We will explore Marken, a quaint fishing village that became a tourist destination after being connected to the mainland by a bridge. Its houses built on stilts to prevent floods preserve their original look, and the residents still keep traditional customs and clothing. We will then cross over the short bridge to reach Volendam, which is larger and better known. Here, we will visit cheese factories and have the opportunity to taste many local cheeses. In Volendam, you can see residents still dressed in traditional costumes, and some houses and museums reflect the village’s fishing heritage. Enjoy your lunch in this picturesque setting. After, we proceed to Zaanse Schans, an open-air museum famous for its working windmills, traditional wooden houses, workshops, and depots that showcase 18th and 19th-century Dutch rural life and industry. You will have free time to explore this area with its scenic beauty and traditional architecture. After this, we will return to Amsterdam for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel, with free time to relax.

Day 8             Amsterdam –  Istanbul

After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport. We will complete our ticketing and luggage procedures and take our scheduled flight with Pegasus Airlines to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our unforgettable Benelux tour ends. We look forward to sharing another memorable trip with you in the future.
