IMPORTANT NOTES
● To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours operate with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
● Prices for extra tours may change based on regional density or the period. The prices valid during the selling process will apply for extra tours.
● When the program provides only the category information without specifying the names and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing trip.
● Our programs will have a guide welcoming at the destination visited, and the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, a guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany guests during extra tours.
● Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the specified distances. In such a case, the agency will inform you 2 days prior to the movement date of the tour.
● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the tours conducted to generally introduce the cities, and they last no longer than 2-3 hours without including museum or archaeological site entries.
● Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted in cases where local authorities close the places to be visited, the roads along the route are closed due to any event, or if the weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. The agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours under these conditions. Some tours may be conducted as group transportation or in pedestrian form as long as possible.
● In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time indicated by the guide.
● The hotels listed in the program are sold as available. In high season or special periods, availability may change at hotels. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
● To avoid being affected by currency fluctuations, we recommend that guests do not exchange a large amount of currency. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
● Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, the responsibility for foreign language knowledge lies with the guests.
● Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
GENERAL TERMS
● Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of the passport is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be performed by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot be held responsible in any way.
● To prevent problems with customs police at the border of the visited country due to damaged, worn, wet, and/or similar condition passports, these passports must be renewed. If the country visited applies a visa requirement for Turkish citizens, then the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any issues that prevent boarding are the passenger's responsibility.
● The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa in cases where it deems necessary; the agency has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. The agency has no penalties or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
● For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually take 1 business day to obtain. Guests should consider this time when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
● No refunds are made for visa fees and service charges in case the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour. If the guest obtained their visa and visa services through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, the agency can refund the remaining amount after presenting the unused visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, excluding fees and similar charges paid to consulates if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason. If the guest obtains their visa independently and/or with the help of another visa agency, no refund will be made if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason.
● There may be changes to the routes based on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change; this risk has been communicated when signing the contract, and the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the tour.
● Guests must be at the airport where the flight is departing at least 3 hours prior to departure. Domestic guests must pick up their tickets based on their flight time. Any issues that arise from the passenger's failure to board the flight are not the agency's responsibility.
● Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed, which is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; if a room suitable for three beds is available at the hotel, it will be reserved based on availability by the hotel.
● Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
● The hotels offer continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During the reservation/registration process, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. The penalties for incorrect information that leads to ticket cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests, whether they obtain the travel insurance from the agency or not, are required to have an international travel and health insurance that starts a day before the tour date and ends a day after the tour date, and to carry the related insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local country police. In case of penalties imposed due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having made entries and exits to certain countries can create situations where visas cannot be obtained or entry is denied at border crossings for one or more countries, and since this situation is outside the control of the agency, it is accepted that the agency has no responsibility in such cases.
● In order to provide economic benefits and time efficiencies for the tour, guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait until the end of the extra tour at a nearby facility. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our journey will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are conducted to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days without changing the content, or they may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, the agency is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or price changes may occur.
● Tours that local authorities do not permit to visit for any reason will not be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
● The airplane seat assignments in our programs are group assignments, and the round-trip ticket is organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
● Delays that occur last minute or changes in gate information in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must cover the cost of acquiring a new ticket (if necessary as a round trip according to the previous item). Furthermore, if the group’s departure is missed, they may partially or completely miss the program on the first day, and the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or airport to hotel is the guest's responsibility.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the tickets in our programs are group tickets, the passengers may have to pay the specified difference determined by the airline for upgrading from group class to transferable economy class, depending on availability. In this case, the price difference is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
● To use your mobile phone abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure your line is open for foreign calls/receiving calls.
● During your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings when temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels you stay at.
● The agency can change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program if a force majeure event occurs or at its discretion.
● The agency reserves the right to change the names of hotels, provided the category remains the same.
● The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, or from their mother if traveling with their father. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. The agency cannot be held responsible for failing to fly due to the lack of consent.
● General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
