Day 1: Istanbul - Dubai At 11:30 AM, meet in front of the Emirates Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal. We complete the Check-In process. After passport and customs procedures, departure to Dubai with Emirates Airlines at 4:25 PM. Arrival in Dubai is at 9:50 PM local time. After passport procedures, our waiting vehicle transfers us to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel. Day 2: Dubai After breakfast, we set off for the "Oasis in the Middle of the Desert Dubai" City Tour. First, we arrive at Al Shindagha, the neighborhood showcasing traditional Dubai life, and take a quick photo stop. We will also see Creek, connecting Deira and Bur Dubai. Then, we visit the 'National House,' where the seven emirates decided to unite to form the United Arab Emirates, and later, Dubai’s most magnificent mosque, Jumeirah Mosque. After free time, we head to Jumeirah Beach. During our photo stop here, we will see the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Then, we continue our tour to Dubai Marina, which has about a 7 km walkway lined with restaurants and cafes, offering some free time. Our last stop will be Bluewaters Island, created by land reclamation in 2018, where we can see the world's largest Ferris wheel, the Ain Dubai, and take beautiful photos. Guests interested can join the optional evening tour: "Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour" for 80 Euros per person. Enjoy a pleasant stroll and explore the Arab culture reflected in this market. Guests can also enjoy free time shopping and relaxing at cafes or restaurants in Dubai Mall after the tour. Then, transfer back to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 3: Dubai After breakfast, free time. The tour also includes a visit to Al Bastakiya, known for its narrow streets, traditional courtyards, historic houses, and the famous Starbucks for great photo opportunities. Our first stop is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest and most impressive mosques, accommodating 41,000 worshippers simultaneously, featuring stunning architecture and detailed decorations for memorable photos. Explore Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates, once a small fishing village and now a modern city with broad boulevards and skyscrapers, including Al Bateen, the Corniche, and the Heritage Village to see traditional Emirati life with mud-brick houses, traditional crafts, and the restored old Starbucks. Enjoy a photo stop at Emirates Palace. Then, we visit the Louvre Museum on Saadiyat Island and continue to Yas Island, home to the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. After Bilet and customs procedures, our flight with Emirates Airlines EK121 departs from Dubai at 2:20 PM. Arrival in Istanbul is scheduled for 5:55 PM.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In Abu Dhabi tours, during Mosque Visits; men should not wear shorts, women should avoid sleeveless, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts; long-sleeved jacket and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
  • For desert safaris,: wear comfortable and sportswear, take a jacket. Do not eat heavy foods before the tour and do not drink excessive water. Those with stomach, back, neck complaints or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
  • In extra tours, to benefit from advantageous tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency officer during the tour.
  • Extra tours require at least 20 participants. If fewer than 20 participate, prices may change, or tours may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the extra tour dates while keeping the content the same.
  • Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional demand or season. The prices will be based on the prices at the time of sale by the guide.
  • Since our program is processed with "VB", or when only category information is provided without specifying a name or options for the same destination, hotels will be announced by your agency 48 hours prior to the departure.
  • Our programs include meet-and-greet at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the pickup time given by the guide, at the reception of the hotel where they are staying.
  • Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change in their extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the local supplier's final decision and may vary.
  • In fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at more than the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform 2 days before the departure date.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for general introduction of cities and include such as museums or archaeological site entries, lasting up to 2-3 hours and from inside the vehicle narration.
  • If local authorities forbid the visiting or entering of certain places, or due to weather conditions, the scheduled tours cannot be held, BTB Tours shall not be responsible. Some tours may be replaced with group transportation or walking tours where access is restricted.
  • In our programs, airport greeting service occurs at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the hotel reception at the time specified by the guide, prior to the pickup time.
  • Hotels and similar are offered as available. Availability may vary in high season or special periods, and similar hotels may be provided. Hotel name guarantees are not given.
  • To prevent exchange rate effects, we recommend guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/damaged currencies are not accepted by banks in destinations. Therefore, reservations made with such currencies will not be processed.
  • Since extra tours are processed in USD, USD/EUR parity is applied.
  • Our package tours are aimed at foreign countries; therefore, guests are responsible for their foreign language knowledge.

  • Reservation and instructions regarding the tour program specified at the time of booking must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from these notifications. The guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
  • Guests traveling with a green passport from Turkey should renew their passports if the issue date is over 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted in the destination country or may not be able to fly with the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
  • Damaged, torn, wet, or similarly compromised passports may cause issues at border controls in the destination country; therefore, passports should be renewed, and any visas required should be present in the new passport. Responsibility for failure to do so rests with the passenger.
  • Guests’ passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, the passenger bears the consequences of any issues arising.
  • BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa if deemed necessary; BTB TOURS is not responsible for the passenger not obtaining a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an agent; it has no responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers agree to these terms by registering for the tour.
  • It is the guest’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on the visa, which BTB TOURS facilitates. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors on the visa that could prevent airline check-in or travel.
  • For travelers who apply for their own visa, obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests should plan appointment dates and times considering this duration. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by this process.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation or cannot participate in the related tour, no visa fee or service refund will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and service through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this service was listed as additional in the travel contract, BTB TOURS may refund all other payments excluding the visa fees and similar costs if the visa has not been used within one week after the visa expiry date, upon the presentation of the passport. If the guest obtained their visa through other means or an external agency, no refunds are provided.
  • Depending on the flight city, routes may vary. Changes in aircraft type and departure times are possible, and hotels may be substituted with others of similar category in high season or special periods. These conditions are communicated at the time of contract, and the passenger accepts the risk of schedule and hotel changes by purchasing the tour.
  • Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Extra beds are in standard beds, and third beds are smaller. No guarantee of three separate beds, but the hotel may allocate a suitable room if available.
  • Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with two adults.
  • Breakfast in hotels is continental, not Turkish style. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • During reservation/registration, it is necessary to notify and enter into the system the full name, date of birth, passport number, as written in the passport to be traveled with. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any errors in this information resulting in ticket cancellation or changes are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance valid from at least one day before the start of the tour to at least one day after, and carry the relevant policy. Failure to carry travel insurance may result in fines from the relevant country's authorities. Any penalties resulting from not having travel insurance are the guest's responsibility.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, some countries may deny entry or exit, or visas, or travelers may not be able to cross borders. BTB TOURS has no control over these issues; therefore, the company is not responsible for such situations, and parties accept this.
  • For the convenience and time-saving of the group, guests agree to wait at a nearby location until the extra tour is finished if they do not want to participate. After the tour, the bus will pick up these guests to continue the tour.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. They do not include museum or archaeological site entries, last up to 2-3 hours, and are conducted from inside the vehicle with narration.
  • If local authorities prohibit access to certain sites or due to weather conditions, the scheduled tours may not be conducted. BTB Tours bears no responsibility for such cases. Some tours may be replaced with group transportation or walking in restricted areas at our discretion, conditions permitting.
  • During the program, airport greeting occurs at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests should be at the hotel reception before the pickup time specified by the guide.
  • Hotels and similar accommodations are offered as available. Availability may change during high season or special periods; similar hotels may be allocated. No guarantee of hotel name is provided.

If the visa was obtained independently or through another agency, no refund will be provided.

Such conditions are communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger accepts schedule and hotel changes by purchasing the tour.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Extra beds are smaller than standard beds, and no guarantee of three separate beds exists. Hotels can allocate suitable rooms if available, based on availability.
  • Child discounts are only valid for children sharing a room with two adults.
  • Hotels serve continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • When making a reservation/registration, the full name, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered in the system as they appear in the passport. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Errors in this information may lead to cancellations or changes, which are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests must carry a foreign travel and health insurance valid from at least one day before the start of the tour to at least one day after; they should carry the policy documents. Failure to carry insurance may result in penalties by authorities. Any penalties incurred are the guest's responsibility.

  • For the benefit of the group and time, guests agree to wait at a nearby location during activities or stops on the route if they do not participate in optional excursions. The bus will pick them up at the end of the activity to continue the tour.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce cities and do not include entries to museums or archaeological sites; they last up to 2-3 hours and are conducted with narration from inside the vehicle.
  • If local authorities do not permit access or participation, or due to weather or other conditions, scheduled tours may not be conducted. BTB TOURS is not responsible for such cases. Some tours may be replaced with alternative routes, group transportation, or walking tours as deemed possible.
  • Aircraft seating in our programs is group-based and issued as a single ticket for the outbound and return. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may be automatically canceled. Airline policies apply in such cases.
  • Possible last-minute delays, gate changes, or reassignments at airports are posted on information screens. Guests must monitor these. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for a new ticket and make arrangements independently. The guest also accepts the risk of missing the first day’s program when missing the group flight, and is responsible for any related issues. If traveling on a different flight to or from the city/country, the guest is responsible for transportation between city and airport/hotel.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can do so only after tickets are issued, if there is availability with the airline. Since our seats are group-based, the upgrade must be approved by the airline, and any difference in fare is paid by the guest. Our group tickets are issued a few days before departure.
  • Guests should verify whether their mobile phones are enabled for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
  • During the tour, please ensure you have all your belongings when departing from transportation, hotels, or during short stops.
  • BTB TOURS may modify the program content or change the sequence of cities and/or the airline used without affecting the overall structure due to force majeure or other justified reasons.
  • BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names of the same category while maintaining the same category.
  • Unclaimed, lost, stolen items during the tour are not the responsibility of BTB TOURS.
  • Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father need written consent from the other parent. If such consent is not available, travel may be cancelled, and BTB TOURS is not responsible.
  • The general conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separate from it.
