Day 1: Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen) - Sharjah In the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, meet with our valued guests in front of the AJet Airlines counter at 17:30. We complete our Check-In procedures at the counter. After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Sharjah with flight number VF221 at 20:20. Day 2: Sharjah - Dubai Upon arrival at Sharjah Airport at 01:55 local time, we complete our passport procedures and then transfer to our hotel with our awaiting private vehicle. After check-in and resting in our rooms, we spend the night at the hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by our guide, we depart for the "Oasis in the Middle of the Desert" Dubai Panoramic City Tour. First, we proceed along Dubai’s busiest and most glamorous avenue, Sheikh Zayed Road, where we see Emirates Towers, modern skyscrapers, and famous shopping centers panoramically. Then, we continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we have a photo stop at the world’s only 7-star hotel, Burj Al Arab. Our tour continues with Dubai Marina, one of the most enjoyable spots of the modern city with a 7 km promenade, restaurants, and cafes. After a brief free time here, we visit our last stop, the Panoramic Medinat Souk, and conduct the city tour, after which we give free time for our guests. Optional: Guests may join the additional Dinner Cruise Dhow Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour, which will be organized at the guide’s designated time in the evening for EUR 80 per person. We first transfer to the Marina’s Dhow dinner boat, where we enjoy an open buffet dinner while cruising in the marina, taking in the magnificent Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye views. After the boat tour, we visit Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, under the shadow of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, combining historical essence with luxury. Here, we enjoy a pleasant walk. Guests can then spend free time shopping or relaxing at cafes and restaurants inside Dubai Mall. We then transfer back to our hotel for the night. Day 3: Dubai After breakfast, guests have free time. Optional: Guests can join the Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour and the Evening Desert Safari Dinner Tour, for EUR 70 per person. Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, offers a fairy-tale atmosphere. Spread over 72,000 square meters, this giant park is decorated with colorful floral arrangements on famous buildings and structures. Guests can walk along the heart-shaped pathway, explore flower-covered castles, photograph illuminated night decorations, and see life-sized flower houses. Over 150 million blooming flowers await you to create unforgettable memories. As part of this tour, we also visit Al Bastakiya, one of Dubai’s historic districts, with narrow streets, stone houses, and traditional markets. This area takes you on a delightful journey into Old Dubai’s soul and includes a visit to the famous restored Arab houses, art galleries, cafes, and craft shops. Optional: Evening Desert Safari Dinner Tour with 4x4 vehicles for EUR 80 per person begins with a pick-up from the hotel. We experience thrilling and adrenaline-filled desert driving over red dunes, with the opportunity to watch the desert sunset. After the safari, we arrive at a Bedouin camp in the desert where lively shows and belly dance performances are organized. Camel riding is also offered. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are served during the tour. After dinner and shows, we return to our hotel with our 4x4 vehicles. Day 4: Dubai After breakfast, guests check out of the hotel. Hotels typically require check-out and key handover by 12:00. Optional: Guests can join the Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum for EUR 90 per person. Our journey to one of Dubai’s newest and most popular destinations, Bluewaters Island, begins. The first stop is Ain Dubai, the world's largest and tallest observation wheel, offering panoramic views of Dubai’s breathtaking cityscape and coastline. Afterward, we have a short free time on Bluewaters Island to explore its restaurants, cafes, and waterfront promenades. Next, we visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world’s most famous wax museum, where you can see highly realistic wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and celebrities. Optional: Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour for EUR 60 per person. Dubai Outlet Mall, located away from the city’s chaos and central points, offers excellent discounts across over 240 stores, with more than 1,200 international brands providing savings of 30% to 90%. You can find great deals on designer products, street fashion, and more. Afterwards, we visit Global Village, an open-air cultural and shopping destination, launched in 1997 with retail kiosks that have rapidly expanded. It features amusement rides, entertainment, authentic shopping, and cultural performances representing over 90 cultures in 30 pavilions, 3,500 stalls, 250 eateries, 40,000 shows, and over 175 amusement rides and attractions. Guests have free time for shopping here. Day 5: Dubai - Sharjah - Istanbul Our guide determines the departure time to the airport. We complete Check-In procedures at the airport. After passport and customs procedures, we depart from Dubai to Istanbul with flight number VF222 at 03:55. Arriving in Istanbul at 08:00 local time, we bid farewell to our guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● Participation in Abu Dhabi tours requires following certain rules during mosque visits; gentlemen should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless clothing, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and should carry long-sleeved shawls and headscarves for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
● Regarding the Desert Safari tour; wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a jacket. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not consume excessive amounts of water. Those with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform their guides.
● To benefit from discounted travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 persons. If fewer participants attend, prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
● Ticket prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or season. Prices at the time of sale by the guide are valid.
● When specific category information is provided without mentioning hotel names, or in cases with multiple options for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the trip.
● During the program, the guide will meet guests at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception at the specified pickup time.
● Hotels listed are per the program and subject to availability, especially during peak seasons or special periods. Alternative hotels may be provided; hotel name is not guaranteed.
● Guests are advised to exchange a substantial amount of foreign currency beforehand to avoid exchange rate effects. Old or worn-out currencies are generally not accepted in destinations, and extra tour reservations will not be processed with such currencies.
● Extra tour prices are based on USD since transactions are in USD for the destination; the USD/EUR exchange rate applies.
● Since our packages are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
● Reservation must include the tour program mentioned, and the general terms and obligations outlined below must be communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all this information upfront.
● Guests traveling on a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if they are more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country or denied flights by airlines. Responsibility rests with the passenger, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
● Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise impaired should be renewed to avoid issues with border security at the destination country; if a visa is required, it must also be in the new passport. Responsibility rests with the passenger.
● Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Non-compliance is the passenger's responsibility.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and consulates. The decision to issue or refuse a visa lies with the consulates; BTB TOURS is not responsible for visa outcomes. Only the traveler may be responsible for visa application issues.
● Passengers should verify the accuracy of visa details with the consulate, as any errors are not the responsibility of BTB TOURS.
● The documents needed for visa application (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) generally take 1 working day; travelers should plan accordingly. BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays.
● If a passenger cancels or cannot participate in the tour, visa fees and service fees are non-refundable. If the visa was obtained through BTB TOURS and the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, the passenger can claim a refund on the visa fee (excluding consular fees) after presenting the passport and visa validity. If the visa was obtained independently, no refund is provided.
● Flight plans may change, including routes, aircraft types, and schedules, especially during high seasons or special periods. Similar hotels may be substituted.
● 3-person rooms are allocated based on hotel availability, with extra beds (which are smaller). No guarantee for three separate beds. Preferences are subject to availability.
● Child discounts apply only when sharing with two full-paying adults.
● Hotels serve a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During reservation, the names, birth dates, and passport numbers must be provided accurately for registration; errors regarding flight tickets are the responsibility of the passenger.
● Guests must carry comprehensive travel and health insurance from at least one day before to one day after the tour dates, and bear the responsibility for any issues arising from lack of insurance.
● Diplomatic or international relations may prevent entry to certain countries; BTB TOURS is not responsible for such issues.
● Guests refusing city tours or excursions en route waive their rights to participation; the group will wait at a nearby location until the tour ends.
● City tours are sightseeing activities. They may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or restrictions. BTB TOURS will attempt to provide alternatives but is not responsible for cancellations.
● The arrival airport guide meets guests at the airport. For departures, guests should be ready at the hotel reception within the specified time.
● Hotels are based on the itinerary; availability may vary, and substitutes may be made. No guarantee for specific hotel names.
● To prevent foreign exchange issues, guests are recommended to exchange a substantial amount of foreign currency before travel. Outdated currencies are generally not accepted.
● Extra tour prices are based on USD, with the USD/EUR parity applied.
● Since packages are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.
