There is no minimum participant requirement for our tour. Our tour is guaranteed to operate and will be conducted with a Turkish guide when the number of participants is 20 or more.
Guests with Umumi (Bordo) Passport are required to obtain a visa. Multiple-entry Schengen visa is necessary.
Guests holding a Green Passport and Service Passport do not need a visa.
You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months beyond your travel date and is not older than 10 years.
It is recommended to obtain currency in Euros prior to your travel, as it will facilitate your cash payments during shopping.
For purchases of 100 Euros and above, you can request a tax refund form. You can complete your tax refund procedures at customs or similar processes after leaving the last point of the European Union, where you will finalize your trip.
There are no doctors or medical personnel on river ships. In case of emergencies, the reception will call health teams from the nearest health facility very quickly. However, for any health needs, our ship will assist in getting guests who fall ill quickly to hospitals or similar institutions by stopping at the closest medical facility. We also recommend that you carry your regularly used medications with prescriptions and obtain a comprehensive travel health insurance.
Health services provided on the ship and at health facilities are charged.
We do not anticipate any issues that would threaten your health with the meals you will have during your cruise. However, we advise you to be careful when eating and drinking while you are not on the ship, make sure to consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure have been well-cooked, and eat fruits that have peels, such as bananas and pineapples.
During your trip, since you may enter multiple countries, the valid hours for each port will be specified by the ship. Please arrange your disembarkation and embarkation according to these hours.
During the cruise, if your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it will be in use, especially during country transitions. Sometimes, you may experience signal loss due to the lack of cell towers in forested areas.
We recommend that male guests bring formal suits and female guests bring evening dresses for the Captain's Welcome & Farewell Cocktail nights. If you are traveling in the summer season, it is advisable to bring clothes that can be easily worn and removed, such as t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we suggest wearing clothes that allow for comfortable movement and keep you warm. The open areas of the ship may be cool in every season during the cruise.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the main restaurant of the ship. Additionally, five o'clock tea and light snacks are served in the upper lounge area.
The electrical outlets in the cabins are the same as those in Turkey.
Accommodations in hotels before or after our river cruise program may not be of the same standard as our river boat. It should not be expected that they provide the same services. During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. Triple rooms can be provided depending on the hotel's availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, the participant approves that they accept the possible crowding and bed type in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to one (1) child who qualifies for the age group specified in the pricing section and stays with 2 adults.
