Day 1                 Istanbul – Narita

Meet at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, Istanbul Airport, in front of the Turkish Airlines check-in counter 3 hours before departure. After baggage and ticket procedures, fly with Turkish Airlines long-haul flight to Narita. Overnight on the plane.

 

Day 2                 Narita – Tokyo

Upon arrival, then proceed to a Panoramic Tokyo city tour. On our tour, our first stop is the historic temple completed in 645 AD, which according to legends was built by two brothers, called Kaminarimon, with its giant entrance gate, and Asakusa Temple (Sensō-ji Temple). Then, we visit Nakamise Shopping Street. Here, you will have free time to browse beautiful souvenirs and street foods. Interested guests can join the Tokyo by Night Tour organized by our guide (per person 55€). We move toward the Shibuya area, the bustling center of Tokyo known for fashion, entertainment, and shopping, with its famous pedestrian crossing and lights. This crossing is decorated with neon lights and large video advertisements, and when the traffic light turns green, pedestrians flood the crossing, creating a spectacular photo opportunity. We will also take photos in front of the Hachiko Statue and learn its story. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.

 

Day 3                 Tokyo

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy free time. Interested guests can join the Tokyo Combine & Premium Outlet Tour (per person 125€), which includes visits to Ueno Park, Doji Garden, and Shisui Premium Outlet. The first stop is Ueno Park, one of Japan’s most popular city parks, where Hanami picnics and cherry blossom festivals are held, attracting over 10 million visitors annually. Next, visit Akihabara, Tokyo’s famous electronics and otaku culture district, full of electronic shops and anime stores. We will have free time for shopping here. Our next visit is the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. Then, we visit Ginza Street, Tokyo's luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment district. After some free time, continue the tour. The last stop is optional, with free time and transfer back to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.

 

Day 4                 Tokyo

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy free time. Interested guests can join the Hakone & Mount Fuji & Ashi Lake Tour (per person 160€), which takes you approximately 2 hours away from Tokyo to Hakone, known for hot springs, natural beauty, and scenery. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy views of Mount Fuji. Then, we visit Owakudani, an active volcanic area with sulfurous fumes and hot springs, formed by a volcanic eruption around 3000 years ago. Next, we head to Hakone town at the foot of Mount Fuji, where we’ll enjoy a boat tour on Lake Ashi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to admire the scenic landscape. After the boat ride, free time and return to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.

 

 

 

Day 5                 Tokyo

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy free time. Interested guests can join the Kamakura & Traditional Japanese Tea & Bamboo Gardens & Yokohama tour (per person 150€), which includes visits to the Kamakura Great Buddha, a bronze statue about 13.35 meters high and weighing approximately 93 tons, built in 1252. Then, we visit Hokoku-ji Temple, known as Bamboo Temple, with bamboo groves covering over 13.000 square meters, built by order of the Ashikaga shogun. During the tour, enjoy a traditional Japanese green tea break. Afterwards, we head to Yokohama, Japan’s second-largest city after Tokyo, to explore the city, including the Yokohama port, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel. Return to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.

 

Day 6                 Tokyo – Osaka

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then take the Shinkansen to Osaka. Upon arrival in Osaka, Panoramic Osaka city tour. Our first stops are Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and playing a key role in Japan's unification, and Umeda Sky Building, one of Osaka’s symbols. The skyscraper, consisting of two towers connected at the top, is 173 meters high, with a floating observation deck on the 39th floor providing sweeping views of Osaka. After the tour, free time for shopping. Interested guests can join the Osaka by Night Tour (per person 50€), including Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba districts. Then, transfer back to the hotel. Day 7                 Osaka

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy free time. Interested guests can join the Kyoto & Nara & Kobe Tour (per person 180€). We begin by leaving for Nara, visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site Todaiji Temple, home to the Great Buddha—a bronze statue about 13.35 meters tall and weighing roughly 93 tons, built in 1252. Then, we visit Hokoku-ji Temple, famous for its bamboo groves, covering over 13,000 square meters, established by the Ashikaga shogunate. During the tour, enjoy a traditional Japanese green tea. Next, we head to Yokohama, Japan’s second-largest city, to explore its port area, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel. Return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Accommodation at the hotel.

 

Day 8                 Osaka – Istanbul

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy free time. Interested guests can join the Osaka Shopping & Geisha and Japanese Culture Introduction Tour (per person 170€), which includes dressing in kimono to experience traditional Japanese culture, tasting high-quality regional tea, and exploring the city’s shopping districts. Transfer to Kansai Airport depending on your flight time. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, fly with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul. End of the tour.

 

Day 9                 Istanbul

Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

  1. Having a valid passport for at least 6 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international journeys and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Tattered or damaged passports cannot be used for entry.
  2. Visa application requires a passport valid for at least 6 months and complete documentation as specified in the list of required documents provided by our agencies, which must be submitted in writing at least 1 month prior to the tour departure date.
  3. In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc., in cities, accommodation outside the city may be arranged. In such cases, the hotel area will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour begins.
  4. The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country of maximum accommodation, otherwise the passport control authorities may deny entry. The AGENCY bears no responsibility for this.
  5. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. The agent acts only as an intermediary with the consulate, and is not responsible for visa approval, delays, errors, or rejections. The passenger has no claim for compensation from the agent.
  7. The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol.
  8. During registration, the passenger's name, date of birth, and passport number must be entered accurately. These details are used for airline ticketing. Incorrect information may result in ticket cancellations or modifications, with no-show fees charged to the passenger.
  9. Flight times may vary before departure, and all times should be confirmed by contacting our head office 48 hours before the travel date.
  10. The arrival city on the flight may differ. Changes or delays due to the airline are not the responsibility of the agency.
  11. The agency is not responsible for changes or cancellations in domestic connecting flights due to schedule adjustments. Please confirm all flight times and routes prior to travel.
  12. Group fares follow airline policies, and if the outbound flight is unused, the return flight cannot be used either.
  13. The baggage allowance for flights originating from Turkey is generally 20kg, but this may vary depending on the airline and destination. Domestic intra-country flights may have a lower allowance of 15kg. Excess baggage fees are set by airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
  14. If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour will be canceled at least 21 days in advance, and the consumer will be informed.
  15. The itinerary in the tour program is a sample route, and actual routes may vary.
  16. City tours may be conducted the next day or later depending on arrival times.
  17. Tours listed in the schedule may be rescheduled for another day at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
  18. Extra tours on the route will be conducted if at least 6 people participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at stops, resting facilities, etc.
  19. In busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, accommodations may be outside the city.
  20. Sites where visits or entries are restricted by local authorities will not be included. Alternates may be available if minimum 20 participants are confirmed; otherwise, the guide may decide on modifications, including price changes.
  21. Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
  22. The agent reserves the right to change hotel names as long as star ratings remain the same.
  23. All hotel names listed in the program are placeholder names (e.g., V.B.), and their star ratings and locations are illustrative. It does not guarantee the use of the listed hotel.
  24. In triple rooms, extra beds are available, with the third bed being smaller and retractable or an extra foldaway bed.
  25. Please ensure your belongings are complete when leaving transportation or hotels during the trip.
