DAY 1                 ISTANBUL                                                                                                                      APRIL 26, 2026

Meet at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight departure.

 

DAY 2                 TOKYO                                                                                                                      APRIL 27, 2026

After arriving, transfer to our hotel in Tokyo to rest. Accommodation at the hotel. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight with Turkish Airlines to Tokyo. Night on the plane. Upon arrival in Tokyo in the evening, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

DAY 3                 TOKYO                                      APRIL 28, 2026

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then depart for the panoramic Tokyo city tour. Our first stop; the historical temple completed in 645 AD, which according to legend was built by two brothers, the famous "Kaminarimon" gate with the enormous entrance and Asakusa Temple (Senso-ji Temple). Afterwards, our next stop is Nakamise Shopping Street. This street, which features beautiful souvenirs and street foods, offers free time. Guests who wish can join an *extra* Tokyo by Night Tour (per person 55€). We then head to Shibuya, the center of attraction in Tokyo. This district, known for its fashion, entertainment, and shopping, features the famous crossing filled with pedestrians and lights, a spot that looks like a sea of people. The crossing is decorated with neon lights and giant video advertisements, and when the traffic lights turn green for pedestrians, the crosswalk floods with people, making it an excellent photo spot. We will also stop for photos in front of the Hachiko Statue and learn its story. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

DAY 4                 TOKYO                                     APRIL 29, 2026

The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time. Guests may optionally join an *extra* Tokyo Combined & Premium Outlet Tour (per person 125€). The first stop is Ueno Park, Japan's most popular city park with over 10 million visitors annually, known for cherry blossom viewing and Hanami celebrations. Next, we visit Akihabara, Tokyo’s most famous district and the electronic town with street vendors, various electronic shops, and otaku culture. We will have time for shopping here. Afterwards, a short visit to the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. Then, we will visit Ginza Street, Tokyo’s most famous luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment district with numerous stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes. After this, the day’s last sightseeing spot, then free time and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

 

 

DAY 5                 TOKYO                   APRIL 30, 2026

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then depart for a full-day optional tour: Hakone & Mt. Fuji Volcano & Ashi Lake Tour (per person 160€). We will head to Hakone, about 2 hours from Tokyo, known for hot springs, natural beauty, and scenery. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Then, we visit Owakudani, a volcanic area formed around 3000 years ago after the eruption of Mt. Hakone, with sulfurous fumes and hot steam. The tour continues with a transfer to Hakone town at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Here, we will enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Ashi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and experience the scenic beauty of the region. After the boat tour, free time and return to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

DAY 6                 TOKYO                  MAY 1, 2026

The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time. Guests may join an *extra* Kyoto & Nara & Kobe Tour (per person 180€). The first stop is Nara, where we visit Todai-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest wooden building in Japan, with the Great Buddha statue inside. Afterward, we explore Nara Park, famous for freely roaming Sika deer and over 1,200 wild deer. Guests will have free time here. Then, we continue to Kyoto, Japan’s former capital and one of the best-preserved cities, unaffected by bombing during wartime. We will visit Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we head to Kobe, one of Japan’s largest cities, famous for its port, and scenic mountains. In Kobe, we will see Kobe Port, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel. Afterwards, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

DAY 7                 OSAKA                  MAY 2, 2026

Begin with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Osaka by Shinkansen. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic Osaka city tour. The tour includes Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and a key to Japan’s unification, and Umeda Sky Building, a striking structure with two towers linked by an open-air observation deck 173 meters high, offering magnificent city views. After the tour, free time. Those interested can join an *extra* Osaka by Night Tour (per person 50€). The tour covers Dotonbori district, Shinsaibashi shopping area, and Namba street. Then, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

DAY 8                 OSAKA                  MAY 3, 2026

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then explore Osaka. Enjoy a free day or optional activities such as a shopping and Geisha cultural experience tour (per person 170€). This includes trying on traditional Kimono attire, learning about Japanese culture, and tasting high-quality regional tea. Afterward, transfer to the airport depending on your flight schedule. Complete baggage and check-in procedures and depart on Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul.

 

DAY 9               ISTANBUL                                     MAY 4, 2026

Arrive back in Istanbul and end of tour.

  1. For international trips, a valid passport of at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports issued more than 10 years ago are not valid for international travel and must be renewed prior to the tour start date. Tattered or worn passports cannot be used for entry.
  2. For visa applications, at least 6 months valid passport and the documents required for visa, obtainable from our agency, must be submitted in full, with written approval, at least 1 month before the departure date.
  3. In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc., conducted outside the designated area, accommodation outside the city may be arranged. In such cases, the hotel area will be notified to the clients in writing at least 30 days before the start of the tour.
  4. The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where maximum accommodation is provided, otherwise, the passport control officers may prevent entry into the country. The AGENCY is not responsible for this.
  5. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. The AGENCY acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the consulate regarding visas, and has no responsibility if visas are denied, not approved in time, or contain errors. The passenger has no right to seek compensation from the AGENCY.
  7. The AGENCY, in accordance with the Lahey Protocol of September 28, 1955, acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline.
  8. During registration, the name, date of birth, passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. If there are errors, cancellation or changes to the flight ticket may incur no-show penalties charged to the guest.
  9. Flight times may change prior to departure; all flight times should be confirmed in writing by calling the central office 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
  10. The city where the flight arrives may vary. The airline may change the schedule or experience delays; the AGENCY is not responsible for such changes.
  11. The passenger is responsible for confirming flight times and routes; AGENCY shall not be responsible for changes affecting domestic connecting flights.
  12. Group tickets follow airline rules; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  13. The baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is generally 20kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. Domestic flights within the destination country may have a limit of 15kg. Excess baggage fees are set by airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
  14. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement for participation, the tour will be canceled 21 days prior and the consumer will be notified.
  15. The tour route specified in the itinerary is an example; the actual route may vary.
  16. City tours are subject to change depending on the arrival time; they may be scheduled for the next day or later.
  17. Tours listed in the program may be conducted on a different day than specified, at the guide's discretion, due to any reason.
  18. Extra tours on the route will take place if at least 6 people participate. Guests not participating will wait at the stop.
  19. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.
  20. No tours or excursions will be conducted in locations where permission to visit or go is denied by local authorities. Alternative tours may be arranged with a minimum participant of 20; if fewer participate, the tours may be altered or canceled at the guide's discretion and price adjustments made if necessary. The AGENCY is not responsible for such cancellations or inability to conduct the tours.
  21. Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
  22. The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the star category.
  23. All hotel names listed in the program are placeholders (V.B., etc.) and are intended for illustration; their star category and distance are indicative only. Staying at the listed name does not imply a reservation.
  24. In triple rooms, an extra bed is applied; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed or is a foldable extra bed that opens and closes.
  25. Please ensure you take all your belongings when leaving vehicles and hotels during your trip.
  26. Child discounts are only valid for children in a certain age range traveling with two adults.
  27. Minors under 18 must have a notarized consent form from one or both parents if participating without their presence during the tour.
