1st DAY                ISTANBUL – LJUBLJANA – VENICE

We will meet you in front of the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After luggage and ticket processes, we will fly with Turkish Airlines on a scheduled flight. Following our arrival, we will move for a panoramic city tour of Ljubljana with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. During our city tour, we will see landmarks including the Ljubljana River, the Parliament building, Ljubljana University, the Old Town, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. After the tour, we will head to the city of Venice. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Venice. In our city tour, we will visit the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners had one last look at Venice before entering prison, the Grand Canal with the Rialto Bridge above, the Doge's Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the city tour, guests desiring to can participate in the optional activity offered by our guide, which is the Gondola Tour, a symbol of Venice (40€ per person). After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

2nd DAY                VENICE – MILAN

After breakfast, we will set off for the city of Milan. Guests who wish can join the optional Verona & Lake Garda Tour organized by our guide (60€ per person). During our tour, we will see the house of Romeo and Juliet, the Verona Arena, the Scaliger Bridge with its unique architecture, and the Cathedral of Verona. After the Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. We will then continue our journey to the city of Milan. After our arrival, we will start the panoramic city tour of Milan. During our tour, we will see Milan Cathedral, the second largest church in Italy that took about 500 years to complete, the Fortress Castle, and the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, known as the home of the world’s most famous fashion stores. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

3rd DAY                MILAN – FLORENCE

After breakfast, we will depart for the city of Florence. Guests who wish can join the optional Bologna Tour organized by our guide (35€ per person). In our Bologna city tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore, the central square of Bologna, the Neptun Fountain located just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the symbolic Garisenda and Asinelli towers of Bologna. After our tour, we will continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River that divides Florence, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge known for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria that hosts Hercules and David statues, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral known for having the third highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its door. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Overnight at our hotel.

 

4th DAY                FLORENCE        

After having breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Pisa & Portofino Tour organized by our guide (110€ per person). In this tour, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Miracoli Square, then take a boat to the world-famous Portofino town that has inspired many songs. You will not want to miss this little town located in the national park. After the tour transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

5th DAY                FLORENCE – ROME      

After having breakfast at the hotel, we are heading to Rome. Guests who wish may join the optional Orvieto Tour organized by our guide (35€ per person). After visiting the ancient city center and Orvieto Cathedral in Orvieto, we continue our journey to Rome. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Rome. In our city tour, we will see the Castel Sant’Angelo where Sultan Cem was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public and the monument of Vittorio Emanuele II, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the movie "La Dolce Vita," the Spanish Steps with 135 steps, and the Fountain of the Sunken Ship. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

6th DAY                ROME

After having breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour organized by our guide (80€ per person). After touring the area known for its natural beauty where the Popes resided during the summer and the lovely village of Nemi known for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping at the Castel Romano Outlet. After that, we will head to St. Peter's Square, considered the center of Christianity. Following our arrival, there will be free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish can join the optional Rome by Night Tour organized by our guide (35€ per person). Overnight at our hotel.

7th DAY                ROME

After having breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Naples & Pompeii Tour organized by our guide (105€ per person). Our tour’s first stop is the city of Pompeii, which was buried underneath 7 meters of ash due to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. We will have the chance to see the houses, palaces, and the petrified people that were discovered during excavations. After the open-air museum visit in Pompeii, we will head to Naples. Following our arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Naples. During our tour, we will see Piazza Plebiscito, the main square of Naples, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola inspired by Saint Peter's Basilica and Pantheon in Rome, the Umberto I Gallery containing various shops, the San Carlo Theatre, which was built in 1737 and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Naples Harbor. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

8th DAY                ROME – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we will perform our check-out procedures in the early hours and transfer to Rome Airport. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. With our arrival, our tour and services will conclude.

  1. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure. Torn and worn-out passports cannot be used for entrance.
  2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the visa requirements list provided by our agencies must be submitted in writing at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
  3. In cases of fairs, congresses, events, etc., that may occur in the cities, accommodation may be made outside the guaranteed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
  4. Visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will take place, otherwise passport police may deny entry into the country, and the AGENCY will not be responsible.
  5. In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance premiums are non-refundable.
  6. The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the customers and the consulate, and is not responsible for any reason for the denial of the visa, its late arrival, or any errors on the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from the AGENCY.
  7. The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  8. During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
  9. Flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
  10. The city where the plane will land may vary. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any changes in flight times and possible delays made by airline companies.
  11. Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not the responsibility of the AGENCY for any changes in the domestic flight connections.
  12. In group ticketing, the airline's rules are valid, and due to the group ticketing rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  13. For Turkish outbound flights, the general baggage weight is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. During domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
  14. In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour will be canceled at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
  15. The tour itinerary specified in the program is a sample route and may change.
  16. City introduction tours may be conducted on the following day/days based on the arrival time at the city.
  17. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
  18. Extra tours along the route will take place if at least 6 participants from the group join. Guests who do not want to participate will be kept at a rest area.
  19. During peak periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, the hotel accommodations may be made outside the city.
