1. DAY                ISTANBUL – LJUBLJANA – VENICE

We will meet our esteemed guests in front of the Turkish Airlines check-in desk at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After check-in and luggage procedures, we will board our scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines. Following our arrival, we will move to Ljubljana for a panoramic city tour of Ljubljana. During our city tour, we will see places including the Ljubljanica River, the Parliament building, the University of Ljubljana, the Old Town, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. After our tour, we will proceed to the city of Venice. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Venice. During this city tour, we will visit famous places such as St. Mark’s Square and its Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners looked back at Venice one last time before entering prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Doge’s Palace, the Campanile and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the city tour, guests who wish may join an optional activity organized by our guide, which is a Gondola Tour (40€ per person). After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

 

2. DAY                VENICE – MILAN

After breakfast, we will depart for Milan. Guests who wish may participate in a scenic extra tour organized by our guide to Verona & Lake Garda Tour (60€ per person). In this tour, we will see the house of Romeo & Juliet, the Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and Verona Cathedral. After the Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. Then we will continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival, we will begin our panoramic city tour of Milan. During this tour, we will see Milan Cathedral, Italy’s second largest church that took almost 500 years to complete, the Castle of Milan, and the famous shopping galleries of Vittorio Emanuele. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

 

3. DAY                MILAN – FLORENCE

After breakfast, we will depart for Florence. Guests who wish may participate in an extra tour organized by our guide to Bologna Tour (35€ per person). During our Bologna city tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore, considered the center of Bologna, the Neptune Fountain located just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the iconic Garisenda and Asinelli towers of Bologna. After our tour, we will continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During this tour, we will see the Arno River that divides Florence, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge known for its jewelers, the Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici family ruled Florence, the Piazza Della Signoria which houses the Hercules and David statues considered masterpieces of the Renaissance, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with Italy’s third highest dome, and the famous Baptistery. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

 

4. DAY                FLORENCE        

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join an extra tour organized by our guide, to Pisa & Portofino Tour (110€ per person). During this tour, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Miracle Square, and then take a boat to the world-famous Portofino village, which has been the subject of numerous songs. You will be enchanted by this small town located within a national park. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

 

5. DAY                FLORENCE – ROME      

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Rome. Guests who wish may participate in an extra tour organized by our guide to Orvieto Tour (35€ per person). Orvieto holds an important place in Italy’s art and general history and offers extraordinary natural beauty. After exploring the historic city center and the Orvieto Cathedral, we will continue our journey to Rome. Upon arrival, we will begin our panoramic city tour of Rome. During the city tour, we will visit Castel Sant’Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the public, the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, the Colosseum known for Gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain featured in the Sweet Life film, the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps with its sunken ship fountain. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

6. DAY                ROME

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join an extra tour organized by our guide to Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (80€ per person). After visiting the natural beauty where the popes used to spend their summer and Nemi village known for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping in the famous Castel Romano Outlet. Then, we will move to St. Peter’s Square, considered the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and Square. Guests who wish may also join an extra organized Roma by Night Tour (35€ per person). Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

 

*Today’s optional tours are a combination of extra tours. If taken separately, transportation to and from the start/end points of the tours will be the responsibility of the guests.  

 

7. DAY                ROME – NAPLES

After breakfast, we will depart for Naples. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Naples. During this city tour, we will see the Plebiscito Square, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola inspired by St. Peter's Square and the Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I with its shops, the San Carlo Theater built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Naples Harbor. After the city tour, guests who wish may join an extra tour to Pompeii Ancient City Tour (65€ per person). The city of Pompeii was buried under 7 meters of ash by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. This gives us the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and petrified people revealed after the excavations carried out after this date. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight accommodation at our hotel.

 

8. DAY                NAPLES – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel early and transfer to Naples Airport. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on a scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines. With our arrival, our tour and services will come to an end.

  1. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour movement date. Torn and worn passports cannot be used for entry.
  2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents required for visa application, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour movement date.
  3. Accommodation may occur outside the promised distance and region in case of fairs, congresses, events, etc. in the cities. In such a case, the hotel region will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour movement.
  4. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or the country with the longest stay, otherwise, the passport police may deny entry into the country, and the AGENCY is not responsible for this situation.
  5. In case of cancellation of the tour, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. The AGENCY is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility in case of rejection, delay, or mistakes in the visa.
  7. The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and abides by the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
  8. During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any costs arising from incorrect information resulting in flight ticket cancellation or changes will be charged to the guests.
  9. Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests by contacting the central office 48 hours before the departure dates.
  10. The city where the plane will land may vary. The AGENCY is not responsible for flight time changes and possible delays made by airlines.
  11. Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not held responsible by the AGENCY for changes in domestic connecting flight arrivals.
  12. For group tickets, the airline rules apply, and if the departure flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either according to group ticket rules.
  13. The general baggage weight for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary based on the airline and destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
  14. If the required number of participants for the package tour is not sufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
  15. The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and there may be changes in the tour parkour.
  16. City introduction tours may take place on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city.
  17. The excursions indicated in the program may be carried out on different dates outside of the specified days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
  18. Extra tours along the route will take place only with the participation of at least 6 people from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left to wait at rest areas.
