1. DAY                ISTANBUL – ROME

We meet at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we will fly with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. After our arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Rome with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venetian Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emanuele Monument, the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles, the Fountain of Love made famous by the film Sweet Life, the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps, and the fountain with the sunken ship on the Spanish Steps. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

2. DAY                ROME

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized by our guide: Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (€80 per person). After visiting the natural beauty where the popes lived during the summer, and the Nemi village famous for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping at Italy's most famous shopping center, Castel Romano Outlet. Then we will head to San Pietro Plaza, which is considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and Plaza. Guests who wish can join the extra organized by our guide: Roma by Night Tour (€35 per person). Accommodation will be at our hotel.

3. DAY                ROME – FLORENCE

After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Florence. Guests who wish can join the extra tour organized by our guide along the route: Orvieto Tour (€35 per person) in Orvieto, which holds an important place in Italy's art and general history and boasts extraordinary natural beauty, after seeing the ancient city center and Orvieto Cathedral, we will continue to Florence. Following our arrival, panoramic Florence city tour. During our tour we will see the Arno River that divides Florence, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, which ruled Florence by the Medici Family, the Piazza Della Signoria, which houses the Hercules and David statues, one of Italy's tallest domes, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, and the famous Baptistery. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel located in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

4. DAY                FLORENCE        

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra tour organized by our guide: Pisa & Portofino Tour (€110 per person). During our tour we will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Miracoli Square first, and then we will go by boat to the world-famous Portofino village, which is the subject of songs. You will never get enough of this small town in the national park. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

 

 

5. DAY                FLORENCE – MILAN

After breakfast, we head to Milan. After our arrival, we start with panoramic Milan city tour. During our tour, we will see Milan Cathedral, which took about 500 years to complete, the Fortezza castle, and the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, which hosts the world's most famous fashion stores. After the tour, guests who wish can join the extra tour organized by our guide: Lake Como Tour (€40 per person). We visit Lake Como, a glacial lake in the Lombardy region with its breathtaking scenery at the foot of the Alps. Afterwards, we give free time to explore this beautiful lakeside town. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

6. DAY                MILAN – VENICE

After breakfast, we head to the city of Venice. Guests who wish can join the extra tour organized by our guide along the route: Verona & Lake Garda Tour (€60 per person). During our tour, the house of Romeo & Juliet, the Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and the Verona Cathedral will be among the places we will visit. After our tour of Verona, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. Afterward, our journey to the city of Venice continues as planned. Upon arrival, we will do a panoramic Venice city tour. During our city tour, we will see the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and St. Giorgio Maggiore Church. Afterwards, guests who wish can join the optional activity organized by our guide: the iconic Gondola Tour (€40 per person). Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

7. DAY                VENICE – LJUBLJANA   

After breakfast, we head to Ljubljana. Guests who wish can join the extra tour organized by our guide along the route: Lake Bled Tour (€35 per person). During our tour, you will want to take countless photos of Lake Bled, which is 2 km long and 1.3 km wide, formed by the Bohinj glacier, the surrounding hills, its reflections in the water, its traditional boats, and the magnificent island with a church located on it with swans around the lake. You can enjoy a pleasant time walking around the lake or renting a bicycle. After the tour, we continue our journey to Ljubljana. Upon arrival, we will conduct a panoramic Ljubljana city tour. During our city tour, we will see the Ljubljana River, the Parliament building, the University of Ljubljana, the Old Town square, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

8. DAY                LJUBLJANA – ISTANBUL   

After breakfast, we will complete the hotel check-out procedures early and transfer to Ljubljana Airport. After completing the baggage and check-in procedures, we will fly to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.

  1. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn and worn passports.
  2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the required documents for the visa application, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted in writing at least 1 month prior to the tour departure with proper confirmation.
  3. In cases of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be done outside the promised distance and area. In such cases, the hotel region will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour movement.
  4. The visa should be obtained from the country that the tour enters first or from the country where the most accommodation will be made; otherwise, the passport police may not allow entry, and the AGENCY is not responsible for that.
  5. In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. The AGENCY acts only as an intermediary between the clients and the consulate, and it has no liability for the visa not being approved for any reason, not being received in time, and/or any errors in the visa. The passenger has no right for compensation from the AGENCY.
  7. The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  8. During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, birth date, and passport number into the system as it appears on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. The no-show fee will be charged for any cancellation or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information.
  9. Before the flight, the times may change, and all times need to be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
  10. The city where the plane lands may vary. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any time changes and delays that may occur by the airlines.
  11. Guests who do not confirm flight times and route will not be covered by the AGENCY for any changes experienced in domestic connecting flights.
  12. Group tickets are subject to airline rules, and according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
  13. In general, the baggage weight for passenger flights from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may change depending on the airline and the country to be visited. In domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight can drop to 15Kg. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
  14. In case there are not enough participants for the tour, cancellation will be notified to the consumer at least 21 days in advance.
  15. The tour route indicated in the program is a sample route, and there may be changes in the tour itinerary.
  16. City introduction tours may be conducted the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
  17. The trips mentioned in the programs can be conducted on different days than indicated for any reason at the discretion of the guide.
  18. Extra tours on the route will take place if there is participation from at least 6 people in the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be made to wait at the rest area.
