Day 1                 ISTANBUL – DOHA           

Gather at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal in front of the Qatar Airways counter 3 hours before departure. After baggage and ticket procedures, board the scheduled Qatar Airways flight to Doha. Spend the night on board.

 

Day 2                 DOHA – BEIJING

After midnight, board the scheduled Qatar Airways flight to Beijing. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of Beijing. We will pass by the Bird’s Nest Stadium (National Stadium) built for the 2008 Olympic Games and the Water Cube (Aquatics Center), highlighting Beijing’s modern face. Then transfer to our hotel. Accommodation in our hotel.

 

Day 3                 BEIJING

After breakfast, enjoy some free time. Those interested can join the extra Beijing Combined Tour (per person 115€) (Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Wangfujing Street). We begin with Tiananmen Square, the heart of Chinese history and politics. Then, visit the Forbidden City, which served as the imperial palace for over 500 years during the Ming and Qing dynasties, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We explore the living quarters of the emperors with our guide. Next, visit the Temple of Heaven, where Ming and Qing emperors historically prayed for good harvests. The circular and square architecture symbolizes heaven and earth. The tour ends at Wangfujing Street, the busiest shopping and pedestrian area. Afterward, enjoy free time and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in our hotel.

 

Day 4                 BEIJING

After breakfast, enjoy some free time. Those interested can join the extra Juyongguan Great Wall & Hutong Neighborhoods Tour (per person 100€). We will visit the majestic Great Wall of China, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that protected China from invasions. We start at Juyong Pass, an important strategic location on the Great Wall. During the walk, learn about Chinese history and military architecture while enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Then explore the traditional alleys of the Hutong neighborhoods, where old Beijing lives. Narrow streets, courtyard houses, and authentic atmosphere offer a glimpse into traditional Chinese culture. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel for overnight.

 

 

 

Day 5                 BEIJING – SHIYAN

After breakfast at the hotel, depart with a breakfast box and travel by high-speed train to Xi'an. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and enjoy some free time. Those interested can join the extra Xi'an Wonders Tour (per person 100€) (City Walls & Muslim Quarter and Great Mosque & Bell and Drum Towers). Our first stop is the South Gate of Xi'an City Wall, built during the Tang and Ming Dynasties, a magnificent defensive structure. Walk along the wall to see the historic sides of Xi'an. Then visit the lively Muslim Quarter, with its traditional street food, shops, and vibrant atmosphere. Next, visit the Bell and Drum Towers, symbols of the city’s history. Finally, explore the Great Mosque, built during the Tang Dynasty, an impressive mosque blending Chinese and Islamic architecture. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel for overnight.

 

Day 6                 SHIYAN

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time. Those interested can join the extra Teracotta Army Museum & Big Wild Goose Pagoda & Datan Tour (per person 100€). We will visit the Qin Terracotta Army Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that features thousands of unique life-sized clay soldiers, horses, and chariots buried with Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Then, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, an important Buddhist site dating back to the Tang Dynasty. Walk around the surroundings and admire the ancient architecture. Finally, visit the modern Datan shopping district for shopping and leisure. After the tour, transfer to the hotel for overnight.

 

Day 7                 SHIYAN – SHANGHAI

After breakfast at the hotel, depart with a scheduled airline flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, enjoy a brief panoramic tour of Shanghai. Highlights include The Bund, Nanjing Road, and views of the Huangpu River with colonial-era buildings. Afterwards, enjoy free time. Those interested can join the extra Huangpu River Cruise (per person 50€). Experience the city illuminated at night. Then transfer to the hotel for overnight.

 

Day 8                 SHANGHAI

After breakfast, enjoy some free time. Those interested can join the extra Shanghai Combined Tour (per person 100€) [Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, Xintiandi, Silk Market & Huaihai Road]. Start with Yuyuan Garden, an example of traditional Chinese garden architecture. Then visit Jade Buddha Temple, known for its beautiful jade Buddha statues. Explore Xintiandi, a fashionable shopping and entertainment district. Visit the Silk Market for shopping. Finally, stroll along Huaihai Road, Shanghai’s main shopping street. Afterwards, transfer to the hotel for overnight.

 

Day 9                 SHANGHAI

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time. Those interested can join the extra Zhujiajiao Water Town & AP Plaza Shopping Tour (per person 65€). We visit Zhujiajiao, a 600-year-old water town with canals and traditional architecture, often called the “Venice of Shanghai.” Walk along its ancient streets and enjoy the scenic views. Afterward, visit AP Plaza for shopping, offering a variety of goods. In the evening, transfer to Shanghai Airport for departure.

 

Day 10              SHANGHAI – DOHA – ISTANBUL

After baggage and ticket procedures, depart from Shanghai with Qatar Airways to Doha. Upon arrival in Doha, connect to the scheduled Qatar Airways flight to Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul, marking the end of our tour and services.

  • Children aged 0 to 1.99 years, accompanied by an adult guest, may join extra tours free of charge, provided the adult guest participates in the tour.

 

  1. For travel abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure. Tattered or worn passports cannot be used for entry.
  2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the necessary documents listed in the visa requirement list provided by our agencies must be submitted in writing at least 1 month prior to the tour departure.
  3. In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc., the hotel may be outside the city. In such cases, the hotel location will be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the tour start date.
  4. The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry in the tour or from the country where the guests will stay the most; otherwise, the passport control officials may prevent entry into the country. The AGENCY is not responsible for failure to obtain a visa or entry denial.
  5. In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. The agent acts only as an intermediary between the client and the consulate; the agency is not responsible if the visa is not approved, not issued on time, or contains errors. The passenger has no right to demand damages from the AGENCY under any circumstances.
  7. The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, being subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  8. During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Errors can lead to ticket cancellations or modifications, and no-show fees are charged.
  9. Flight times may change before departure, and guests are advised to confirm schedule and routes by calling the main office at least 48 hours before departure.
  10. The city of arrival may differ. Airline schedule changes or delays are not the responsibility of the agency.
  11. Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes may experience schedule changes; the agency is not responsible for changes affecting domestic connections.
  12. Group tickets follow airline rules; if the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  13. For flights originating in Turkey, the baggage allowance is generally 20kg. This can vary by airline and destination country. Domestic flights may have reduced limits, such as 15kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
  14. If the required number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled 21 days prior, with notification to the customer.
  15. The tour route described is a sample; the actual route may vary.
  16. City tours may be scheduled for the next day or days depending on arrival times.
  17. It is at the guide's discretion that tours may be rescheduled to other days for reasons beyond control or weather conditions.
  18. Extra tours along the route require at least 6 participants to operate.
  19. Guests who do not wish to participate are expected to wait at the rest stops.
  20. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, or seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.
  21. Visits and tours cannot be conducted in areas where permission is denied by local authorities or restrictions are imposed. Alternative tours require a minimum participation of 20 people; if fewer participate, changes may be made, including adjustments to pricing. The agency is not responsible if certain tours cannot be carried out.
  22. Museums and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
  23. The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the star category and location quality.
  24. All hotel names listed in the program are generic (V.B., etc.) and are intended as examples based on star category and distance. It does not imply confirmation of booking at that specific hotel.
  25. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be added; the third bed is smaller than the standard bed and usually an additional foldable or fold-away bed.
  26. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving transportation, hotels, or accommodations during the trip.
  27. Children discounts are only valid for children within certain age groups sharing a room with two adults.
  28. Unaccompanied minors under 18 must have the necessary travel authorization documents, such as parental consent forms, with them during the trip.
