- Our participating guests must have a valid Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa or multi-entry Bulgarian visa throughout the tour duration. (Green Passports are exempt from visas.)
- During the tour, in order to shop and spend in all countries in the itinerary, it is sufficient to carry Euro. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes are recommended for the trip. It is also advisable to bring a jacket or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in seat planning, so a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 3-day stay requirement to be able to bring goods such as alcohol and cigarettes.
- Limit for free shop shopping when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- Tour guides may make changes in the program based on weather and road conditions, with the obligation to show all places specified in the program.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If less than 30 days remain until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports, work permits, etc., obtained from Turkish authorities, as well as cancellations of hotel bookings and services outside Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted.
- The minimum participation for our Tour Program is 25 persons. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice is given 20 days before the tour departure date. Cancelled tours due to inadequate participation will be announced by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only the category information of the hotel is given without specific names or for multiple options for the same destination, hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the departure.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations beyond the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform 15 days before the departure date.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed plus an extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or called coach beds, participants accept the possible discomfort and bed types in reservations for 3rd persons or children. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults, within the age group.
- Services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts at the hotel, are generally continental breakfasts including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, reflecting the local breakfast culture. For groups, separate rooms may be allocated for serving.
- Panorama city tours included in the tour package are designed to introduce cities with limited duration (max 2-3 hours) without museum or archaeological site entrance fees, with guide explanations from the vehicle. These tours, along with others specified in the program, may not be conducted if local authorities do not permit access, if roads are closed due to events, or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where roads are inaccessible or vehicle access is restricted.
- Waiting times at border crossings when crossing by land may exceed standard durations, and Viyatravel is not responsible for any negative outcomes related to these delays.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum of 20 participants. If the required number of participants is not reached, tours may not be conducted, or prices, contents, and vehicle types may vary based on the number of participants. The dates and times of extra tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening or closing of museums or archaeological sites and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional; travelers wishing not to join the tours agree to wait at a suitable resting place along the way. Those who opt out will be dropped at a rest stop before the tour starts, and after the tour ends, they will be picked up from the original drop-off point.
- For air tour participants, check-in and boarding procedures are personal operations to be completed by guests at the airport check-in counters or online via airline websites before the flight.
- Guests who do not present themselves at the designated time and location for check-in and boarding, or fail to complete these procedures on time, or miss the flight, are not the responsibility of Viyatravel. Rejoining the tour after missing the flight is the guest’s responsibility, including the cost of new tickets and transfers.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between airline companies and passengers, governed by the 1955 Hague Protocol. Delays or schedule changes may occur in scheduled and charter flights before the tour and flight; Viyatravel is obliged to inform immediately of these changes. Guests accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 are not charged airport taxes and service fees.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of people: Buses (used for 25-46 persons): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna. Midibuses (used for 17-24 persons): Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega. Minibuses (up to 16 persons): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. All guests are deemed to have accepted these terms by completing the sale of the tour.
