1st Day Istanbul – Podgorica – Budva Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal meeting at 04:45. After ticket, passport, and luggage procedures, we will depart for Podgorica with Turkish Airlines flight TK1085 at 07:45. Arrival at 08:30 local time. After our passport procedures, we will head towards Budva. Arriving in Budva, one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and colorful nightlife, we will enjoy a walking tour to explore Stari Grad (the old town center) and the fortress. Later, transfer to our accommodation hotel and check-in. Guests who wish can enjoy Budva's nightlife in various beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at the hotel. 2nd Day Budva (Tivat-Porto Montenegro-Perast-Kotor) After breakfast, we will have an optional full-day tour of Kotor and the Fjords (75 Euro). In this tour, we will visit Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor, and Perast, and also take a round trip by boat to the Lady of the Rocks island in Perast. We will first move to Tivat and explore the Porto Montenegro marina with its rich architecture. Then, we will visit Kotor, a city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, illuminated by the Mediterranean sun and surrounded by white stones, featuring the Kotor Bay and its historic castle city. Kotor, located southwest of Montenegro and south of Croatia, has Europe's largest fjord after Norway, consisting of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay drop steeply to the shore. After our city tour, we will have free time for personal exploration and activities, and then we will visit the charming baroque town of Perast, famous for its small islands in Kotor Bay. We will take a nice boat trip to visit the "Lady of the Rocks" island and return. Perast is one of the best places to swim in Montenegro, so don’t forget your swimsuit! After enjoying the sun and sea in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish can join the optional evening live music Montenegro Night (75 Euro). During this tour, we will have a special dinner at a nice restaurant on the Budva coast with live music and limited drinks. Menu: appetizer platter with cheese and dried meat, sopska salad, grilled sea bass with potatoes and spinach sauce, dessert, 1 local rakija, and 1 soft drink (wine/beer/cola, etc.). Guests who do not eat fish can change their main course to meatballs or chicken, provided notice is given the day before. Overnight at the hotel. 3rd Day Budva (Cetinje - Virpazar - Lake Skadar - Bar - Sveti Stefan) After breakfast, there will be an optional half-day tour of Budva Beaches Petrovac and Sveti Stefan by boat (75 Euro). In this tour, we will start our journey by boarding our private boat from Budva beach, first stopping at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan for swimming breaks. Continuing by boat, we will arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We stay on the private boat for approximately 2 hours. Petrovac, a small tourist town on the Adriatic Sea, is one of the oldest coastal towns in Montenegro. We will enjoy the sea and sun on Petrovac beaches. After a free lunch break, we will depart by land from Petrovac. On our return, we will see Sveti Stefan from the land. Once a fisherman's settlement, the island has been transformed into a tourist hotspot after being bought by a Singapore hotel chain and restored. Sveti Stefan was a walled village in the 15th century and was a frequent destination for celebrities like Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe, and Liz Taylor in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. We will stop for a photo opportunity at a place where we can see Sveti Stefan panoramically and then return to Budva. *** During the off-season (Spring-Autumn-Winter), this tour will be conducted by land, titled "Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac, and Old Bar Tour." Guests wishing may join the additional optional boat tour on Lake Skadar, the former Royal Capital of Montenegro Cetinje, and Dinner Tour at a National Restaurant (110 Euro). In this tour, we will first travel to the charming town of Virpazar, where we will enjoy a pleasant boat ride on Lake Skadar National Park. On the boat, you will have the chance to sample famous Montenegrin wines. It will be a beautiful privilege to see pelicans in the lake, the largest lake in the Balkans home to around 250 different bird species. After the boat trip on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, the former royal capital of Montenegro. Our panoramic tour will include places such as the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje square, the home of King Nikola, and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at a famous national and local restaurant accompanied by sunset. Menu: seasonal salad, cheese platter, meat platter (beef) with sauced boiled potatoes, 1 large glass of local wine; With this meal, you will have the chance to taste the local cheese, meat, and wines of Montenegro. Guests who do not eat meat can change their main course to meatballs or chicken, provided notice is given the day before. Overnight at the hotel. 4th Day Budva – Podgorica – Istanbul After breakfast at the hotel, check-out of the rooms. Free time until the time indicated by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will depart to Istanbul with the scheduled flight *** of Turkish Airlines. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at *** local time and end of our tour.

If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by the Agency.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by the Agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, the Agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms can be provided depending on the availability of hotels, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are composed of folding and coach beds, participants declare that they accept the tightness and bed types that may occur in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child meeting the age group criteria staying with two adults.
***The included services in the tour program for hotel breakfasts are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally are limited to a menu referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with narration from the guide within the vehicle, excluding entrance fees to museums and historical sites, lasting no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours mentioned in the program, are not the responsibility of the Agency if they cannot be realized due to prohibitions by local authorities on the specified days and times or because of closed roads due to any event, or if the tour cannot take place due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, depending on the situation.
***Extra tours are arranged by the local agency we work with under the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and mode of transportation for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Also, the days and times of tours may be modified by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites and the weather conditions.
***Participation in extra tours is voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable resting place along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the resting place before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the location they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
***The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the trip and flight. The Agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of hour changes when purchasing the trip.

GENERAL TERMS
General terms are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered independently.

    • Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation condition. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through the operation.
    • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the departure.
    • Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, guests of the Agency are under the responsibility of the Agency.
    • This price list and program are valid until a new price list is published.
    • The prices in all our package programs are limited to a quota of up to 10 people, and prices may increase for groups above this number. Please inquire for price information.
    • For regular passports, if the issue date of the passport is more than 10 years, and for other types of passports, if it is more than 5 years, even if the person traveling has a valid visa, they cannot leave the country, and visa application cannot be processed for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
    • Passport police, when exiting Turkey from customs, requires a minimum of 6 months validity from the travel date for Turkish citizens or foreign citizens, with or without a valid visa. For this reason, the agency will not approve passports with less than 6 months of validity. The Agency has no compensation obligation to passengers unable to participate in the tour due to having passports valid for less than 6 months.
    • The Agency acts as an intermediary with consumers participating in the trip, shipping, hotel, carrier companies, and all third parties providing services related to the trip. Therefore, individuals who register for the trip through the Agency are aware that the Agency is not responsible for delays due to missing or not being present at the scheduled program times, all delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, wars and war threats, or similar force majeure circumstances, and any delays resulting from the fault of the transport operator or third-party personal faults, or unforeseen technical issues. They acknowledge that the Agency is not directly responsible as the operator.
    • For all customs-exiting international trips, passengers must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure. Guests traveling to ports or airports from other cities via domestic flights should schedule their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, responsibility for any delays and/or inability to participate in the tour rests with the passenger, and the Agency has no compensation obligation to the passengers. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended that they complete the check-in process 24 hours before the tour departure.
    • The Agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
    • The included services in the tour program for hotel breakfasts are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally limited to a menu referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.

    • Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
    • In cases where children under 18 years old, who are considered minors, are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent documents during travel.
    • Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities and last for 2-3 hours; they do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites. Extra tours will be carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader and may be adjusted based on the program's flow. Tours may be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
    • Individuals must bring relevant reports for health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.
    • For extra tours to be conducted along the way, passengers who will not participate will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the road before entering the city where they can use public transport.
    • Information regarding the tour – area – tour leader – hotel will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure via email and verbally by your sales consultant.
    • A passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country for any reason, such as damage, dirt, or tear in the stitches or pages. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa requirement for Turkish passport holders to participate in this tour. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger.
