IMPORTANT NOTES

• Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between our passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change prior to the flight; all times should be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our passengers purchase the tour knowingly and accept the risk of schedule changes.
• Additional tours require a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation falls below 15, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted via metro or other means.
• In cases where the program mentions only category information without specific names and/or options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, Outgoing Tour will inform you at least 15 days before the start of the tour.
• Outgoing Tour reserves the right to modify the tour route content while keeping the same itinerary if deemed necessary.
• Visa procedures are required for Turkish citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of travel, along with the specified documents from our agency. Even if the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during visa application, the consulate may refuse or delay the visa without reason, or issue a visa only for a later date after the tour start date. Visa service fee paid is non-refundable. Green passport holders do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel date is sufficient. Having a visa does not guarantee entry to the country; passport control has the authority to refuse entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for this; the traveler bears the responsibility.
• For travelers with green passports, if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew it. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and/or airlines may refuse to operate flights. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Green passport holders require no visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel date is sufficient.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; border control may refuse entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• To prevent problems at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similar damaged passports; it is required to renew such passports and have the relevant visas attached if the country requires a visa. Responsibility in such cases belongs to the traveler.
• Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be prepared for possible requests for parental consent documentation when crossing borders; we recommend that minors and their parents be attentive to this issue.
• City panoramic tours included in the tour package are designed for general introduction with sightseeing from the vehicle with guide narration, including entrance to museums and historical sites, and last for up to 2-3 hours. If these panoramic tours or other scheduled tours cannot be performed due to restrictions from local authorities, closures, weather conditions, or other reasons, Outgoing Tour shall not be responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot when roads or access points are restricted.
• The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 people per hotel category. If the required minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled and this will be communicated to the customer 21 days in advance.
• Triple rooms are subject to availability and are configured with one large bed plus an extra bed. The extra beds are folding or coach beds, which may be smaller than standard beds. Guests agree to the potential cramped conditions and bed types when booking triple or child accommodations. Child discounts apply only for children sharing with two adults and fitting age criteria.
• The timing of additional tours during the day can vary according to opening hours, reservations, and content, as long as the core content remains unchanged.
