1. DAY                 ISTANBUL – TOKYO

Meeting our valued guests in front of the All Nippon Airways counter at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and ticket processing, we will fly to Tokyo with All Nippon Airways. Overnight on the plane.

 

2. DAY                 TOKYO – OSAKA

Upon our arrival, we will take an internal flight with All Nippon Airways to Osaka ITM Airport. Upon arrival in Osaka, a panoramic city tour of Osaka will follow. During our tour, we will visit the historic Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century, which played a key role in the unification of Japan, and then head to the Umeda Sky Building, one of Osaka's symbols. This impressive structure consists of two towers, reaching a height of 173 meters, connected by a platform called the "Floating Garden Observatory" located on the 39th floor. The observatory offers visitors a unique view of Osaka's cityscape thanks to its glass-enclosed interior and open terrace. After the tour, free time will be provided. Guests who wish can join the optional Osaka by Night Tour, organized by our guide. The tour will visit places such as the Dotonbori area, the heart of shopping Shinsaibashi, and the restaurant area Namba street. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

 

3. DAY                 OSAKA

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Kyoto & Nara & Kobe Tour organized by our guide. We will drive to Nara, our first stop. Our first stop is Todaiji Temple, one of the largest wooden structures in the country, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then, during our visit to Nara Park, we will have the opportunity to see the deer that roam freely in the area. Established in 1880, this park is home to more than 1200 wild Sika Deer. We will give free time at this point and then head to Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved cities, which was not bombed even during the war. Upon arrival, we will visit Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), which is built according to Zen beliefs and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. After completing our tour, we will move to the city of Kobe. Kobe, one of Japan's top ten largest cities, located between the sea and Rokko mountain range, is also considered one of Japan's most attractive cities. During our tour, we will see Kobe Port, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel. Afterward, we will transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

4. DAY                 OSAKA – TOKYO

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then head to Tokyo by Shinkansen. This high-speed train, which can reach speeds of 320 km/h, will make our journey last approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival in Tokyo, we will begin a panoramic city tour of Tokyo. Our first stop will be the historic Asakusa Temple (Senso-ji Temple), completed in 645 AD, which is said to have been built by two brothers, featuring the enormous entrance gate called "Kaminarimon". Then, we will visit Nakamise Shopping Street, where we will have free time with beautiful souvenirs and street food. Guests who wish can join the optional Tokyo by Night Tour organized by our guide. We will then head to Shibuya, the center of attraction in Tokyo. Shibuya, known for its fashion, entertainment, and shopping, has etched its place in our minds with its crowded crosswalk and lights. Here we will visit the famous intersection that is adorned with neon lights and enormous video advertisements. When the traffic light turns green for pedestrians, the intersection becomes filled with pedestrians, making it a great photo opportunity. We will also take a photo break in front of the Hachiko Statue and get to know its story. After the tour, there will be a transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

 

 

5. DAY                 TOKYO

We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Tokyo Combined & Premium Outlet Tour (€125 per person) [Ueno Park & Akihabara Electric Town & Eastern Garden & Shisui Premium Outlet]. In our tour, our first stop is Ueno Park, the most popular city park in Japan, where Hanami celebrations are held and which welcomes more than 10 million visitors yearly. Our next stop is Akihabara, one of Tokyo's most famous neighborhoods, known for its stalls selling electrical goods of all kinds. Here we will have time for shopping. Our next stop will be the East Gardens of Tokyo Imperial Palace. After a short walk here, we will continue to Ginza Street. This famous district in Tokyo, known for luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment, is home to many shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes where we will have free time. After our visit here, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

6. DAY                 TOKYO

We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Hakone & Mount Fuji & Lake Ashi Tour (€160 per person) organized by our guide. We will head towards Hakone, approximately 2 hours away from Tokyo, known for its hot springs, natural beauty, and nature. First, we will stop in Oshino Hakkai village to see a panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Our next stop will be Owakudani, which formed as a result of a volcanic eruption of Hakone Mountain about 3000 years ago. This area still has sultry vapors and hot steam, indicating that it is an active volcanic region. After our tour, we will head to the town of Hakone at the foot of Mount Fuji. Here we will enjoy a pleasant boat ride on Lake Ashi and witness the natural beauty of the town closely. After the boat trip, we will have some free time and return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

7. DAY                 TOKYO

We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Kamakura & Traditional Japanese Tea with Bamboo Gardens Tour & Yokohama (€150 per person) organized by our guide. Our first stop is the Great Buddha of Kamakura, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This bronze statue, including its base, is 13.35 meters tall and weighs approximately 93 tons, and holds significant religious historical importance. This statue was made during the Kamakura period when feudalism began and the samurai emerged in Japan, dating back to 1252. After seeing this monument, we will head to our next stop, Hokoku-ji Temple, which has an important place in the Buddhist faith and is known for its bamboo gardens, covering an area of approximately 13.000 square meters, and was established by a priest named Tengan Eko to honor the ancestor of the Ashikaga clan. This unique temple, nicknamed "Bamboo Temple" (Take-dera), consists of more than 2000 bamboo plants, and we will take a short exploration inside. During our visit, we will take a short break to drink traditional Japanese green tea. After this visit, we will head to Yokohama. Yokohama is the second largest city in Japan after Tokyo, and after the city tour, we will return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

 

8. DAY                 TOKYO – ISTANBUL

In the early hours of the day, we will perform check-out procedures and transfer to Tokyo Airport by receiving breakfast boxes from the hotel. After completing the baggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with All Nippon Airways. Upon our arrival, our tour and services end.

  1. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months during international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel, and they must be renewed before the tour date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
  2. For visa applications, it is essential to have a passport valid for at least 6 months, along with the necessary documents listed in the visa requirements, which should be provided in writing to the agency at least one month before the tour date.
  3. In case of events such as fairs, congresses, etc. in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such situations, the hotel area will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour operation.
  4. The visa must be obtained from the country entered first or the country where most accommodation is to be made; failure to do so may result in the passport police not allowing entry into the country, and the agency will not be held responsible in any circumstance.
  5. In the case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. The agency acts only as an intermediary between customers and the consulate; it bears no responsibility for visa applications being denied or not being processed in time, or for any errors associated with the visa. The traveler has no right to claim compensation from the agency under any circumstances.
  7. The agency serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
  8. During registration, it is necessary to enter the name as written on the passport, date of birth, and passport number. The flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes related to flight tickets due to incorrect information will incur a no-show fee charged to the guests.
  9. All guests must confirm flight times at least 48 hours before their departure, as times are subject to change.
  10. The arriving city of the flight may vary. The agency cannot be held responsible for any changes made by airlines regarding schedules and any potential delays.
  11. Guests who do not confirm their flight hours cannot hold the agency responsible for any changes in domestic connection flight transports.
  12. In group tickets, the airline rules apply; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  13. The general luggage weight for international flights from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight can vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. On domestic flights in visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Extra luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of the agency.
  14. If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be informed of the tour cancellation at least 21 days in advance.
  15. The route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.
  16. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city.
  17. The tours specified in the programs are at the discretion of the guide and may be conducted on days other than the specified day(s) for any reason.
  18. Extra tours along the route will only take place if a minimum of 6 participants from the group can attend. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at rest areas.
  19. During crowded periods such as fairs, congresses, or seminars, hotel accommodations may be made outside the city limit.
  20. Tours that may not be allowed by local authorities cannot be conducted for any reason. Alternative tours may be conducted provided a minimum participation of 20 people; if fewer, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide, and prices adjusted as necessary. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  21. Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
  22. The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
  23. All hotel names specified in the programs are to be understood as examples based on star category and distance. Staying at the specified hotel does not mean that it will occur.
  24. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or a closing folding mattress.
  25. During your trip, when you leave the vehicles and hotels you use, please ensure that you collect all your belongings.
  26. Child discounts apply only to children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
  27. In cases where children under 18, who are not of legal age, accompany neither parent to the tour, it is mandatory to carry parental consent forms during the journey.
