NOTES

***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be informed by ACENTE Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by ACENTE Tour 48 hours before the departure of the trip.

***During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, ACENTE Tour will provide information 15 days prior to the tour's departure date.

***Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are composed of folding-out and coach beds, tour participants in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children accept and acknowledge the potential crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts apply for one child who meets the age group staying with 2 adults.

***The services included in the tour program are breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu referred to as continental breakfast that includes butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to groups.

***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of the cities and are up to 2-3 hours long, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, are subject to the local authorities' permission on the day and hour of the tour to be visited; if entry is not allowed due to closed roads caused by any event or adverse weather conditions, ACENTE Tour is not responsible for non-implementation. Some tours may require public transport or walking if performed in locations with restricted access.

***Extra tours are organized by the local ACENTE Tour requiring a minimum participation of 20 people. If there are not enough participants, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites, and weather conditions.

***Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest area on the way before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same place after the tour is completed.

*** ACENTE Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Lahey Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the trip. ACENTE Tour is obliged to inform the passenger of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip.

GENERAL TERMS

The general terms are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ and cannot be considered independently.

1. Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be informed through the operational network.
2. In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or when options are available for the same destination, hotels will be informed by our agency 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
3. Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, ACENTE Tour is responsible for its own guests.
4. This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
5. All prices in our package programs are limited to a maximum of 10 people, and an increase in the number of people may result in a price increase for your group. Please inquire about the price information.
6. In the case of normal passports, if the passport issue date is over 10 years, and for other passport types over 5 years, even if the person traveling has a valid visa, they cannot exit the country and cannot be issued a visa for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
7. At passport control when leaving Turkey, all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) are required to have a minimum of 6 months validity from the travel date. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. ACENTE Tour has no liability for passengers who cannot participate in the tour due to having passports with less than 6 months validity.
8. ACENTE Tour acts as an intermediary between passengers and ship, hotel, carrier companies, and other services related to the tour. Therefore, the consumers who register for the trip, having submitted an application, understand and accept that ACENTE Tour has no direct responsibility for any non-compliance with the program concerning the schedule, place of readiness, delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, as well as all kinds of interruptions caused by strikes, terrorism, war, and war threats, or similar force majeure situations, or damages arising from negligence of the passenger or other third parties, or unforeseen technical issues, as well as accommodation deficiencies or faulty services of the facilities, due to the nature of ACENTE Tour's intermediary function.
9. All gummed overseas exits require presence at the relevant port 3 hours before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Guests arriving from other cities by domestic flights to the port or airport must schedule their flight times accordingly based on the time they need to be present at the port. Therefore, any responsibility due to late arrivals and/or inability to participate in the tour lies with the passenger, and ACENTE Tour has no liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended that check-in procedures be done in person 24 hours before the tour departure.
10. ACENTE Tour; acts as an intermediary between our passengers and airlines, subject to the Lahey Protocol of September 28, 1955. The flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Our passengers undertake the possibility of flight details changing and accept it when they purchase the tour.
11. 13. Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
14. Children under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by either or both parents must carry the necessary consent forms for participation in the tour during the trip.
15. The panoramic city tour is carried out for the purpose of introducing the cities, lasting 2-3 hours, and is subject to change on different days as long as the contents do not change. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours will be conducted based on the number of participants determined by the tour leader, and days may be changed according to the tour leader’s discretion. Weather conditions may prevent tours from taking place. Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will not take place. ACENTE Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform these tours.
16. Individuals should carry any health issues, pregnancy situations, medications in regular use, and related reports with them.
17. In extra tours to be held on the way, passengers who will not participate will be directed to available rest areas before entering the city by the tour leader.
18. Tour - Area - Tour Leader - Hotel information will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before departure.
19. Passport is an official document, and it has the authority to deny entry to the country due to any damage, dirt, especially tears at the seams or on its pages. In such situations, all responsibility rests with the passenger.
20. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the tour and the documents required by the consulate are needed. This program requires a SCHENGEN visa. There is no visa application required for Green Passport holders. Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry to the country. Passport control has the authority to deny entry to the country. In such cases, all responsibility rests with the passenger.
