• Visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where the stay is the longest. It must be valid for at least 6 months. Passports with tears or significant wear cannot be used for entry.
• Visa application requires a passport valid for at least 6 months, and the necessary documents listed in the visa document list must be submitted to the agency at least 1 month before the trip with written approval.
• In cases of fairs, congresses, etc., the accommodation may be outside the city. Otherwise, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
• Visas must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where a maximum stay is planned. Entry may be refused if not obtained from these countries.
• Cancellation of the trip makes visa and insurance fees non-refundable.
• The agency acts solely as an intermediary with the consulate. The agency is not responsible if a visa is denied or not approved in time or if errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from the agency.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Lahey Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system as they appear in the passport. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Errors may lead to ticket cancellations or changes, and no-show penalties will be charged to the passenger.
• Flight times may change before the departure; it is necessary to contact the office 48 hours before the scheduled departure for written confirmation.
• The city where the plane lands may differ. The airline may change the schedule or cause delays; the agency is not responsible for such changes.
• Participants are responsible for verifying flight times and routes; the agency is not responsible for changes or delays in domestic connecting flights.
• Group tickets follow airline rules; if the outbound flight cannot be used, neither can the return flight.
• The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg; this may change depending on the airline and destination country. Internal flights within the destination countries may have reduced limits, e.g., 15kg. Excess baggage rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
• If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled 21 days prior and notified to the customer.
• The itinerary listed in the tour program is an example route; changes to the route are possible.
• City tour times may be adjusted based on the arrival time and can be rescheduled to the next day(s).
• Extra tours along the route will be held only if at least 6 people participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the resting places.
• Hotels outside the city may be provided during high-demand periods such as fairs, congresses, etc.
• Visit to museums and archaeological sites is not included in the price.
• The agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided star categories remain the same.
• Hotel names listed in the program are examples, including their star ratings and distances; no reservation is guaranteed at these specific hotels.
• In triple rooms, additional beds are smaller than standard beds or are fold-away beds that can be added or removed.
• Some cities in Europe may not have triple rooms; in such cases, twin rooms plus single rooms may be provided by the hotels.
• Bed preferences are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The agency is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted.
20. Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the price.

23. In triple rooms, extra beds are smaller than standard beds or are foldable beds that can be added or removed.
24. Please ensure you have all your belongings with you when leaving transportation and hotels during your trip.
25. Child discounts are only valid when accompanied by 2 adults within specified age groups.
26. For minors under 18 who are not legally adults and are traveling without one or both parents, necessary consent forms must be kept on hand during travel.
