1st Day Istanbul – Belgrade

Meeting at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport’s International Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket and passport procedures, we will depart for Belgrade at 07:45 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1081. Arrival in Belgrade at 08:30 local time and transfer to the city center with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Upon arrival in Belgrade, we will begin our panoramic city tour. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the daily life of the city, important buildings, and the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs intentionally left bombed by NATO in the center of the city. Continuing our tour, we will disembark from our bus for a walking tour where we will visit the Flag Mosque, Belgrade Fortress, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, Clock Tower, Sokollu Mehmed Pasha Fountain, Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, Dungeon Gate, Leopoldov Gate, Stefan Lazarevic Monument, Nebojsa Tower, Square of the Fortress, Saborna Church, Republic Square, Terazi Square, and Stone Square. We will complete our city tour with a walk on Knez Mihajlova Street, which is considered the heart of the city. During the free time given until the meeting time announced by our guide, you can shop or enjoy the cafes on the street. Transfer to our hotel at the time determined by our guide. Overnight at the hotel.

2nd Day Belgrade

After breakfast at the hotel, we leave for the Glorious Novi Sad & Karlovci tour. Our first stop is Novi Sad, the capital of the Vojvodina region. Among the places we will see are Petrovaradin Fortress, Freedom Square, Svetozar Miletic Statue, Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox St. Mary Cathedral, and St. Nicholas Church. After our tour, we will move to the town of Karlovci. This town, which has an important place in our history, is famous for the Treaty of Karlovci, signed in 1699 between the Ottoman Empire and the Holy League States. During our city tour here, we will see the city council, the Catholic Church, the Four Lions Fountain, and the Peace Chapel. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

3rd Day Belgrade

After breakfast at the hotel, we will conduct a tour of Nikola Tesla’s Glorious Museum & Tito’s Grave and Museum & Zemun. Our first stop is the museum of Nikola Tesla, the inventor of alternating current, famous for his contributions to science. The museum, established in 1952, contains over 160,000 original documents about Tesla's life, thousands of books and magazines, numerous photographs, and models of his personal belongings and inventions. Next, we visit Tito's tomb, known as the House of Flowers, which is located in a single-story building in the center. Here, parts of Tito's life and his personal belongings are also exhibited. After our tour, our last stop is Zemun. Located on the banks of the Danube River and opposite Belgrade Fortress, we will see Usce Fortress, Gardos Hill, and its Tower. In this area, which bears Austrian traces, you will enjoy pleasant moments in the narrow streets with cobblestones. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

 

4th Day Belgrade - Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Later, transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 16:00 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1080. Arrival in Istanbul at 18:50 local time and the end of our tour.

Important Notes;
•    For this tour, a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity is required.
•    Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
•    During registration, the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes due to incorrect information will incur a no-show fee for the guests.
•    The city where the plane lands may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or possible delays made by the airline companies.
•    For group tickets, the airline rules apply, and according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
•    The general luggage weight for outbound flights from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Additional baggage weight/price regulations are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Atlas International.
•    In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
•    The tour route specified in the itinerary is a sample route, and there may be changes in the tour circuit. City introduction tours may be held on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time at the city. The tours specified in the programs may be conducted on a different day due to the guide's discretion and for any reason.
