Be ready at Istanbul Airport 3 hours prior to departure. Depart to Barcelona on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Barcelona, we will depart for a city tour with our private bus waiting for us. Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia Autonomous Community and home to the magnificent works of architect Antoni Gaudi, is Spain’s second-largest city, attracting four times as many tourists as its population due to its monuments. Notable sights include the “Unfinished Cathedral” La Sagrada Familia, Spain and Catalunya Square, Gaudi’s Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Boulevard, and Port Olimpic. After free time, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at the hotel.
2. DAY IN BARCELONAAfter breakfast at our hotel, your day is free. Guests who wish can join an **extra organized** Girona & Figueras and outlet tour.
Girona & Figueras (Dali Museum) and Outlet Tour - (Per Person 100 Euro)
This tour begins along the Onyar River, through Girona, a charming medieval city reminiscent of Florence at first glance and known as the wealthiest region. Corseted narrow streets and the cathedral make it a must-see. Girona is also where parts of the film Perfume were shot. Our panoramic tour includes the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Mezuzah Houses, Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and famous shops. After free time, we head towards Figueras, with views of the Pyrenees Mountains. The town has an enchanting atmosphere that inspired the celebrated surrealist painter Salvador Dali during his lifetime. Here, we will visit the museum house decorated by the artist himself. In this museum, where each artwork is worth millions of dollars, we will see works that depict his undying love Gala and other mind-bending pieces. After the visit, we go to the outlet for free shopping time. Then, we transfer back to our hotel in Barcelona. Overnight stay at the hotel.
3. DAY IN BARCELONAAfter breakfast at our hotel, your day is free. Guests who wish can join an **extra organized** Sitges tour.
Sitges Tour - (Per Person 50 Euro)
Sitges is located 35 km southwest of Barcelona. It exudes the charm of a typical Mediterranean town, with its perfect location between mountains and sea. We will explore its magical streets starting from San Bartolome-Santa Tecla Cathedral, dating back to the 17th century with Romanesque and Gothic ruins.
After admiring this magnificent cathedral, we will continue walking through the historic streets of Sitges, known for its medieval town center, Maricel Palace, and its museum collection, a haven for collectors. Opposite is Cau Ferrat Museum, the former home of Catalonia’s modernist leader Santiago Rusiñol. His artwork exhibited here made Sitges renowned worldwide.
After the tour, we will return to Barcelona. Guests who wish can join an **extra organized** Park Güell & Gothic neighborhood tour.
Park Güell & Gothic Neighborhood Tour - (Per Person 80 Euro)
UNESCO protected, Park Güell is one of Gaudi's most important works, resembling an enchanted land with its architecture. The park offers a fantastic view of Barcelona from its terrace. After the park visit, we head to the Gothic Quarter, known for Barcelona Cathedral, Augustus Temple, and the famous street Carrer del Bisbe. Free time for shopping on La Rambla. Afterward, we transfer back to our hotel.
In the evening, guests can optionally join a Flamenco Night tour.
Flamenco Night Tour - (Per Person 65 Euro)
This lively evening includes flamenco dance performances and dinner.
4. DAY IN BARCELONA- ISTANBULWake-up call, check-out from the rooms, and breakfast. Free time until transfer.
At the designated time, meet your guide and transfer to the airport. Check-in procedures then depart on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our tour concludes.
