DAY 1 | ISTANBUL(IST) - BARCELONA

DAY 1 | ANKARA – BARCELONA

Meet at Ankara Esenboğa Airport Domestic Departure Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After completing ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, departure to Barcelona at 10:35 on Ajet Airlines flight VF 607. Arrive at 12:30. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour of Barcelona. On our panoramic city tour, see La Sagrada Familia, known as the “Unfinished Church,” Spain and Catalunya Square, Gaudi's Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street, and Port Olímpic. After the city tour, enjoy free time for the rest of the day. Overnight at our hotel.

DAY 2 | BARCELONA

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free time for the whole day. Guests who wish can join the optional Girona & Figueras Tour (70 Euro). We start our tour along the Onyar River, which is lined with houses reminiscent of Florence, and is the most affluent city in the region, Girona. This charming medieval city with narrow streets and a cathedral is a sight worth seeing. It is also known as the filming location of the perfume movie. During our panoramic tour, see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Houses with Mezuzahs, Jewish Quarter, La Rambla, and famous shops. After free time, we head towards Figueras, with views of the Pyrenees. The town has an impressive atmosphere that has inspired the world-renowned Surrealist painter Salvador Dali throughout his life. We will visit the museum-house decorated by Salvador Dali himself. In this museum, whose works are valued at millions of dollars, you will see the works depicting his eternal love Gala and his mind-boggling creations. After our visit, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

DAY 3 | BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA – MADRID

After breakfast, we proceed to Madrid. Guests who wish can join the optional Zaragoza Tour (30 Euro). Our tour includes Ebro River, the city’s central cathedral Pilar Cathedral, La Seo Cathedral, San Pablo Church, Plaza España, and Pilar Bridge. Then, continue to Madrid. Transfer to our hotel and overnight.

DAY 4 | MADRID

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Madrid city tour. We start at the large square called Plaza Mayor, which has 136 buildings and 437 balconies. Historically, bullfights and executions of those accused by the Inquisition were watched from these balconies. The city’s heart is Puerta del Sol. Other sights include Plaza Mayor, the Palace of the Royal Family's public addresses, Plaza de Oriente, the gates of Alcalá, Gran Vía with its galleries and striking facades, Plaza Colón, Cibeles Square and Fountain, and Cervantes Monument. After the tour, enjoy free time.Guests who wish can join the optional Toledo Tour (65 Euro). Toledo is a real open-air museum and Spain’s old capital, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It hosts Spain's most majestic cathedral and world-famous masterpieces, rivaling many museum collections. Known as El Greco’s city, Toledo has remained unchanged since the 16th century. The city features Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, traditional bakeries, Damascene shops, and the famous cathedral. Toledo also produces almond paste candy dating back to the Arab conquest of the city. The sweet, which makes one's mouth water, is a must-try before leaving Toledo. After a walk through the Jewish Quarter, we transfer to our hotel in Madrid. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 5 | MADRID – ANKARA

After breakfast at the hotel, free time until the guided departure time. Then transfer to the airport. Departure to Ankara on Ajet Airlines flight VF 606 at 12:40, arriving at 19:05, marking the end of our tour.

Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement. If sufficient participants are not reached, the final cancellation notice will be given 20 days before the departure date. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the tour operator. In cases where only category information is provided without specific names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours prior to the departure. Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, the responsibility of the guests lies with the agency. This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued. All prices in our package programs are limited to a maximum of 10 persons in the quota, and an increase in price may occur for group sizes above this. Please inquire for price information. For ordinary passports, if the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, and for other passport types more than 5 years old, the person cannot travel abroad even if holding a valid visa, and visa procedures cannot be performed. Please check your passport information and details. When leaving Turkey through customs, the passport (whether Turkish or foreign) must have at least 6 months validity from the date of travel for all passport types (regular, official, diplomatic). Passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency, and persons with such passports cannot participate in the tour. The agency is not liable for any inability to participate due to passport validity issues. Our agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, ship, hotel, transportation companies, and all third parties providing related services. Therefore, our agency is not responsible for delays, strikes, terrorism, wars, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that occur in vehicles, accommodation, or services, or for any damages or losses caused by passengers’ own faults or third-party personal faults. All foreign departures with customs clearance require passengers to be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the departure time. Guests arriving by domestic flights to ports or airports should adjust their flight times accordingly. Responsibility for delays or inability to participate in the tour due to such reasons lies with the passenger. If the airline has an online check-in system, it is recommended to perform check-in 24 hours before the start of the tour. Our agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger at least 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour with the understanding that flight details may change. Services included in the tour program, such as breakfast at the hotel, are generally limited to a continental breakfast featuring butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a dedicated room for groups. Triple rooms are provided based on the availability of hotels, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. These rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional foldaway or coach bed. By booking a third guest or child's reservation in such rooms, participants accept potential crowding and bed types. Child discounts apply only for a single child sharing with two adults and matching the age group. Due to limited availability, TWIN rooms (with 2 separate beds) are available in hotels, and guests are advised to check availability before reserving. For minors under 18 who are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during travel. Panoramic city tours last 2-3 hours and are organized on different days with the same content; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are organized with a minimum number of participants and can be rescheduled by the tour leader. Tours may not occur due to weather conditions or restrictions imposed by local authorities. The agency is not responsible for cancellations. Participants should carry health reports, medication, or any special needs documentation related to health problems, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments. For additional tours along the route where guests are not participating, they will be directed to rest areas accessible by local transportation before entering the city. Information about the tour, group, tour leader, and hotel will be sent via email and verbally by your sales consultant 48 hours prior to the tour departure. A passport is a formal document; if it is damaged, stained, torn at the edges or pages, the passport office has the authority to refuse entry into the country. Such cases are the responsibility of the passenger. A valid passport for visa application must have at least 6 months validity after the end date of the tour and meet the consulate’s document requirements. This program applies to Turkish citizens only. Passport police have the right to refuse entry into the country if the passport is damaged or invalid in any way, and the passenger bears responsibility for such situations.
