Day 1 | ISTANBUL - BAKU
Meeting with our esteemed guests at the Istanbul Airport International Departure terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Baku on the *** Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in *** Baku local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we will leave the airport to start our city tour. We begin our city tour in the Inner City (Old City), which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. After reaching the Old City, our first stop will be the Shirvan Shah Palace, built in the 15th century by Ibrahim Khalilullah. Next, we will see the Maiden Tower, which has a history of 2500 years, and the Friday Mosque, which are among the main works we will see. We will complete our city tour by visiting the Bukhara and Multani Caravanserais. After the city tour, guests who wish can participate in the Azerbaijan night organized by our guide as an optional extra (70 euros). After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 | BAKU
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the Absheron Peninsula tour organized by our guide as an optional extra (70 euros). Among the main places we’ll visit on the Absheron Peninsula is the Ateshgah Architectural Complex, which is one of the three Zoroastrian temples in the world. This intriguing structure, where the fire has been burning for centuries, is considered one of the main pilgrimage sites according to the Zoroastrian belief. After visiting Ateshgah, we will tour the famous volcano that traveler Marco Polo referred to as the "Land of Fire". This volcano continues to burn for centuries due to the natural gas coming from underground, covering a total area of 65 hectares. After the tour, guests who wish can participate in the Caspian Sea Boat tour organized by our guide as an optional extra (50 euros). Afterwards, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 | BAKU
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the Gobustan & Haydar Aliyev Museum tour organized by our guide as an optional extra (90 euros). We will travel to Gobustan, which is located 70 km south of Baku and is the richest region of Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Close to the Caspian Sea and on the old Shirvan road, Gobustan is also referred to as an open-air museum. It provides important information about the prehistoric and medieval societies, hunting, animals, and vegetation through carved rocks and pictograms. After this, we will carry out our tour of the Haydar Aliyev Museum. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 | BAKU - ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, rooms must be vacated. Free time until the hour set by your guide. Afterwards, transfer to the airport. After completing your luggage and ticket procedures, depart for *** Istanbul on the *** airline’s scheduled flight. Arrival at *** Istanbul Airport local time and end of our tour.

***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If the required participation is not met for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 21 days before the start of the tour. The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by our agency.
***In cases where only the category information is given without specifying names in the tour program, and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, our agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be assigned depending on the availability of hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since the additional beds are made of folding and coach bed types, the tour participant declares that they accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types in rooms reserved for the 3rd person and/or children. Children’s discounts apply solely to one child matching the age group accompanying 2 adults.
***The services included in the tour program, including breakfasts at the hotel, are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu commonly referred to as a continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, excluding entrance to museums and archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be executed in case of denial of entry or access by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to any closures caused by events or due to adverse weather conditions that render the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where there are blocked roads or prohibited vehicle entry points.
***Extra tours are organized by our local agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips cannot be conducted, or the prices, contents, and vehicles used for extra trips may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours can be altered by the guide depending on the status of museums and archaeological sites being open/closed and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting at an available rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
***Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Our agency is obliged to inform this change as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip.
