- During the tour, having Euros is sufficient for shopping and expenses in all the countries included in the program. In regions where local currency is used, guides will assist with currency exchange. - Throughout the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It’s advisable to carry a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings. - Our tours practice seat rotation daily, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum 3-day stay to bring items such as alcohol and cigarettes. - Free shopping limits at the duty-free shop: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic drinks: 1 liter (excluding those with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), 2 liters (up to 22% alcohol), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Guides may modify the itinerary based on weather and road conditions, provided they see all the indicated places within the program. - Guests enrolled in the tour have a 30-day free cancellation period. If canceled within 30 days of departure, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Cancellation requests, along with hospital reports, work permits, or other documents from Turkey, or cancellations of hotel accommodations or services outside Turkey, are not accepted. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation isn’t achieved, the final cancellation notification will be made 20 days before the tour start date by Viyatravel. - In cases where the tour does not specify hotel names or only category information is provided, or options are available for the same destination, hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the indicated kilometers from the city center. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform you 15 days prior to the departure date. - Triple rooms are subject to availability; in these rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds, consisting of one large bed plus an extra bed that can be pulled out or folded (coach bed). Participants accept potential tightness or different bed types when reserving triple or child rooms. Child discounts are valid only for one child sharing a room with two adults within the specified age group. - Meals included in the hotel services are usually continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, served in a designated hall for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the package cover general city introductions via guided vehicle tours lasting around 2-3 hours, excluding museum or archaeological site entries. These tours are subject to changes or cancellations due to traffic, closed roads, or weather conditions, for which Viyatravel is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transportation if roads are inaccessible. - Waiting times at border crossings during transit may exceed normal limits; Viyatravel is not responsible for delays caused by such wait times. - Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 people. If insufficient participants are enrolled, tours may be canceled, and prices may vary depending on content, vehicles, and number of participants. Tour dates and times may also change based on museum, archaeological site openings, and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional. Passengers not wishing to join agree to wait at a designated rest stop on the way, and will be picked up after the tour concludes. - Flight check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities of guests. These should be completed at the airport check-in counters or online before the flight. - Those who do not arrive at the airport on time or fail to complete check-in or boarding are not the responsibility of Viyatravel. Those who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of new tickets and transfers. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary with airline carriers and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes may occur; Viyatravel will notify as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and services. - Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows depending on passenger numbers: Buses (25-46 persons): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna; Midibuses (17-24 persons): Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega; Minibuses (up to 16 persons): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. - All guests are deemed to have accepted the above conditions upon purchasing the tour.
