- Our participating guests are required to hold a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa or a multi-entry Bulgarian visa throughout the tour duration. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
- During the tour, to shop and spend in all the countries included in the program, it is sufficient to carry Euros. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking or sports shoes are recommended during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a daily seat rotation is implemented, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum of 3 days stay to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- The duty-free shopping limits upon entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding spirits with over 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), 2 liters of spirits (including those with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The guides may change the program flow due to weather and road conditions, provided they show all locations specified in the program.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour, a 30% penalty applies; less than 20 days, 100% penalty. Documents such as hospital reports, work permits, etc., obtained from Turkish authorities, are not accepted for cancellations related to accommodation and services outside Turkey.
- The minimum participation for our tour program is 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice will be given 20 days before the tour start. Any canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specific names or where there are multiple options for the same destination, hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days prior to the departure.
- Hotels may be used at greater distances during fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform guests at least 15 days before the departure date.
- Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, with the third bed being smaller than standard beds. They consist of 1 large bed plus an extra bed (fold-out or coach bed). Guests accept possible tightness and bedding types in such rooms for children or the third person reservation. Children's discounts are applicable only for one child staying with two adults within specified age groups.
- Breakfasts included in the hotel services are typically continental, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. They may be served in a separate room allocated for groups, according to the local breakfast culture.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package showcase the cities generally through vehicle-mounted guides. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. These tours, along with other specified excursions, may be altered due to local authorities' restrictions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot if roads or sites are closed or inaccessible.
- Waiting times at border crossings during land travel may exceed standard durations; Viyatravel is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 persons. If the group size is insufficient, the tours will not be conducted, and prices may vary according to content and vehicles used. The schedule and days of extra tours may change based on museum and site operational hours and weather conditions, as determined by the guide.
- Participation in extra tours is voluntary; passengers who choose not to join are considered to accept waiting at a suitable rest stop during the tour. The tour will resume after completion and participants will be picked up from the same stop.
- Air travel participants must complete the check-in and boarding processes personally at the airport counters or online before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who fail to arrive on time for check-in and boarding at the specified times or who miss their flights. Missing the flight means they cannot join the tour, and all additional expenses for new tickets and transfers are their responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Delays or changes in schedules can occur prior to travel and flights, and Viyatravel is obliged to notify clients promptly. Children under 2 years do not pay airport taxes or service fees.
- The vehicle types used in our tours are classified based on group size: Buses (25-46 people): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna; Midibuses (17-24 people): Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega; Minibuses (up to 16 people): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. All guests are deemed to accept these terms by purchasing the tour.
