- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros in order to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency conversion in regions where the local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied daily in the seating arrangement, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the bus guide.
- There is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days for bringing items (such as alcohol and cigarettes) when entering Turkey from abroad.
- The free shop shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes in the program flow as long as they ensure to show all places mentioned in the program, depending on the weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and in case of cancellations made 20 days or less before the tour, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports, permission letters from workplaces, etc. provided with the cancellation request will unfortunately not be accepted for cancellations of accommodations and services outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum attendance requirement of 25 people. If sufficient attendance is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without the name specified in the tour program and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers.
- Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are composed of beds referred to as folding and couch beds, tour participants acknowledge and agree to any crowding and bed type issues that may arise in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or children's reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child who complies with the age group of 2 adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour services are usually offered as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion of the cities and are performed for a maximum of 2-3 hours with narration by the guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites. Viyatravel is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours due to local authorities not permitting visits or access due to closed roads or any events occurring at the time, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot at locations where vehicle access is not allowed.
- During travel, the waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Moreover, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites in the areas to be visited and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour accept waiting at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility prior to the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour concludes.
- For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal processes and must be completed by the passengers at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the airport at the specified times given by Viyatravel, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the airplane. All expenses for necessary round-trip new plane tickets and local transfer to the destination for passengers who miss their flights will be their own responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in regular and special flights, or flight times may change before the current trip. Viyatravel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes in times while purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay for airport tax and service fees.
