GENERAL CONDITIONS - Guests traveling with Turkish green passports whose passports are over 10 years old must renew them; otherwise, they might be denied entry or their flights might be canceled by airlines. The responsibility of such cases lies with the passenger; our agency bears no responsibility. - Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid issues at border crossings. For Turkish citizens, having a valid visa in the new passport is necessary if a visa is required for the destination country. - Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return ticket date. Otherwise, flying may not be possible; this responsibility is with the guest. - The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and consulates. The authorities have the right not to issue a visa, and our agency is not responsible for visa refusals. The agency only provides intermediary services. - The process of obtaining necessary documents for visa application (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 working day. Guests should plan accordingly. The agency is not responsible for delays. - If a guest cancels his/her reservation or fails to participate in the tour, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. If the visa was obtained through BTB TOUR Visa Department and the service was listed as an additional service, and the tour was canceled for insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can only receive a refund of any remaining amount after presenting the passport and confirming that the visa was not used, excluding the visa fee paid to the authorities. - Flight route variations can occur due to the city of arrival, and change of aircraft type or schedule is possible, which the guest accepts when purchasing the tour. - Guests must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Domestic flight passengers must book their tickets based on their flight times. The agency is not responsible for delays caused by the guest. - Triple rooms are assigned depending on hotel availability. Extra beds are smaller than standard beds. Guarantees for three separate beds are not provided, but hotels will do their best based on availability. - Child discounts apply only for children staying with two adults. - Hotels serve continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. - Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. - During reservation, the details of the passenger's name, surname, date of birth, passport number, and the travel document must be provided and entered into the system. Incorrect information may lead to ticket cancellation or changes, and the guest bears responsibility. - Guests are required to have valid international travel and health insurance covering at least the duration of the trip, and carry the related insurance policy with them. Failure to do so may result in fines from authorities; the guest is responsible. - Diplomatic relations may restrict entry/exit or prevent countries from issuing visas or entering borders. Our agency is not responsible for such cases. - Guests agree to wait at an authorized location if they choose not to join excursions along the route for group convenience and cost-saving purposes, and that the tour will continue after the tour in question. - City tours are for introductory purposes, providing panoramic views. They are subject to change or cancellation due to local authority restrictions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Our agency will offer the best alternative possible. - Visits to places or tours that are officially restricted or closed by local authorities will not be organized; our agency is not responsible. - Flight arrangements are group-based with round-trip tickets issued as a single document. Missing flight portions may result in the loss of the entire trip, and passenger responsibility. - Last-minute delays or changes in flight departure gates are posted at airports. Guests should monitor these. If a guest misses the flight, he/she is responsible for arranging a new ticket at his/her expense. Missing the first day or part of the tour due to flight delays is also the guest's responsibility. - Guests requesting to upgrade their tickets with frequent flyer miles must do so after ticket issuance and depending on availability. The difference must be paid, and the ticket upgraded at the airline’s discretion. Upgrade costs are the guest's responsibility. - It is recommended that guests check their phone’s international roaming options before leaving Turkey. - Guests must ensure they take their belongings with them when leaving transport or accommodation. Our agency is not responsible for lost or stolen items. - The agency may change the sequence of city visits or airlines without altering the itinerary due to force majeure or other reasons. - The agency reserves the right to change hotel names within the same category. - The agency is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten belongings during the tour. - Minors under 18 traveling with only one parent or a third party require written consent from the non-accompanying parent, and the absence of such consent may prevent the flight; the agency is not responsible. - The general terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
