• For advantage discounts on extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours require a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 participate, prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the content and dates of extra tours, provided the main content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change due to regional density or seasonality. The prices at the time of purchase of the extra tours from the guide will be valid.
• If the trip program includes only category information without specific names and/or alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours prior to the travel departure.
• Our program guidance is provided at the destination airport meeting point; the guiding service included in the package is only for panoramic city tours and the round-trip transfer. Additional tours include guide accompaniment. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation-refund policies depend on the local supplier’s final decision and may vary.
• During events such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the usual distances. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform the guests 2 days before the departure date.
• Panoramic city tours in our program are organized for city introduction, do not include museum or site entrance fees, are limited to 2-3 hours and are conducted from the vehicle with guide narration.
• If roads, sites, or routes are closed or inaccessible due to authorities or other reasons, BTB Tours is not responsible for the cancellation of the respective tours. Some tours may be replaced by group transportation or walking if access is limited.
• We will meet guests with guides in the airport of the destination city; for return transfers, guests must be present and ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels and accommodations are subject to availability; high season or special periods may lead to changes in hotels. Similar alternative hotels may be provided.
• We recommend guests to exchange a significant amount of foreign currency to avoid exchange rate effects. Old or damaged currencies are usually not accepted by banks at the destination. Therefore, reservations cannot be made with old currency.
• Our packages are designed for international travel; passengers are responsible for their own language skills in foreign countries.
• Old or damaged currencies are generally not accepted in destinations; no reservation will be made with old currencies that are not accepted by banks.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Reservation and the specified tour program at the time of booking must include the general conditions and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all provisions beforehand.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport issue date is more than 10 years old must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or denied boarding by airlines from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
• Damaged, torn, wet or similarly altered passports may cause issues with border officials at destination borders; thus, passports should be renewed and, if visas are required, they should be in the new passport. Responsibility in case of failure lies with the passenger.
• Travelers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, they may face issues. Responsibility lies with the guest in such cases.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and consulates; the issuance of visas is at the discretion of the consulates. BTB TOURS is not responsible if a visa is denied. Only the agency performs visa services; there is no obligation or liability beyond that. Consumers accept these conditions when registering for the tour.
• Passengers who apply for a visa through BTB TOURS must verify the accuracy of the information on the visa, such as name, passport number, etc. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from incorrect or false data.
• Those who apply for a visa on their own or through another agency should be aware that obtaining a visa usually takes 1 business day. Guests should plan accordingly to avoid inconveniences. BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays.
• If a guest’s visa is canceled or the trip is unable to be completed, the visa and service fees are non-refundable. If the visa was obtained via BTB TOUR Visa Department and the tour is canceled for reasons such as insufficient participation or other causes, the client can receive a refund of the remaining amount after presenting the passport showing no usage of the visa within one week after visa expiration.
• If the client obtained their visa independently or through another provider, BTB TOURS shall not provide any refunds if the tour is canceled or altered.
• Routes may change based on airline and flight schedules; flight types and timings may vary. Hotels may be substituted with similar ones due to availability during high seasons or special periods. Such changes are communicated at the time of booking and are accepted by the passenger.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability; extra beds are smaller than standard beds. No guarantee is given for three separate beds; the hotel may or may not have suitable rooms depending on availability.
• Child discounts are only valid when children are sharing a room with 2 adults.
• Hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/booking, the guest must provide the accurate name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written on the passport, and these will be used on tickets. Incorrect information may result in ticket cancellations or changes at the guest’s expense.
• Guests are required to carry travel and health insurance covering the travel period, which starts at least one day before the tour and ends on the day after the tour. Failure to do so may result in penalties from local authorities. The responsibility for this lies with the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations, some countries may restrict entry/exit, or inability to obtain visas or cross borders. BTB TOURS is not responsible for such issues. In such cases, no refund is provided.
• The itinerary may include stops or visits that are made for the benefit of the group temporarily; individual guests may be asked to wait at a nearby location during these times.
• The city tour programs are organized for introducing cities; they may be changed according to local authorities, or may not be conducted due to weather or other conditions. When that happens, BTB Tours will offer the most suitable alternatives. Extra tours require a minimum of 20 participants; if below, they may be canceled or prices adjusted.
• Tours or visits that are prohibited or restricted by local authorities will not be carried out. BTB Tours is not responsible for such restrictions.
• The flight seat allocations are for group reservations; changes such as flight times or aircraft are possible. Guests participate at their own risk and understand that schedules may change.
• Possible delays or gate changes are announced on airport boards/screens. Guests should follow these updates. If a guest misses their flight, they are responsible for purchasing a new ticket for their onward travel. Missing the group flight may result in missing part or all of the program. In case of travel with different flights, transport between points or hotels is at the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight class must do so after tickets are issued and if seats are available, paying the difference as specified by the airline. Group tickets are issued a few days before the departure. Upgrading is subject to seat availability and additional payment.
• Guests are advised to check if their mobile phone operates internationally before departure from Turkey.
• Guests should ensure that their belongings are complete and secure when leaving transportation or hotels.
• In cases of force majeure or necessity, BTB Tours may modify the itinerary, order of cities, or airlines without notice, but without changing the overall program.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
