1st Day: Ankara – Tbilisi

Meet at 20:55 in front of the AJET Airlines check-in counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing the departure procedures, we will depart for Tbilisi on AJET Airlines flight VF1705 at 23:55.

2nd Day: Tbilisi

After arriving at 02:35 local time, we will proceed to our hotel. After check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms for overnight stay at the hotel.

 

After breakfast, we meet with our guide and start our panoramic city tour where we will gain our first impressions about the cultural and architectural structure of the city. During our tour, we will stroll along Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi's main boulevard, and see Freedom Square, Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Tbilisi Philharmonic Hall panoramicly before returning to our hotel. The rest of the day is free time. Guests wishing to join the optional Old City and Dinner with Georgian Night tour can participate.

In the evening, we head to the area where Metekhi Church, one of Tbilisi’s landmarks, is located. We will enjoy a panoramic view of the city’s historical texture and Old Town silhouette, then we will take a historical funicular to reach Mtatsminda Hill. During the journey, we will have the chance to view Tbilisi’s scenery decorated with night lights. After approximately 2 hours with photo stops, we will go to a fine Georgian national restaurant located in the center. During dinner, we will experience Georgia's rich cultural heritage with energetic Georgian traditional dances and live traditional music featuring colorful costumes, strong choreographies, and authentic melodies. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

 

 

3rd Day: Tbilisi

After breakfast, we have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Lunch Included Tbilisi & Mtskheta tour. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Mtskheta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former capital of Georgia. This area is one of the most important centers of Georgian history and Orthodox faith, known for its monuments and spiritual atmosphere.

 

Our first stop will be the Jvari Monastery, dating back to the 6th century, located near Mtskheta. Then, we will visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, built in the 11th century and considered one of the holiest structures in the Georgian Orthodox world.

After the visits, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will head back to Tbilisi.

Upon arrival in Tbilisi, we will start a walking tour of Old Tbilisi, where we will closely experience the historical texture of the city. Our tour will start from Rike Park, where we will enjoy a panoramic view of the Old Town from the opposite bank of the river and continue with a short walk in the park.

Next, we will take the cable car to Narikala Fortress, which has been the main defense point of Tbilisi for centuries. After that, we will pass by the only mosque in Tbilisi and see the historic Abanotubani Baths area.

Throughout our walking tour, we will walk through streets filled with cafes and small restaurants that reflect Caucasian hospitality, and we will progress to the modernly architected Bridge of Peace over the Mtkvari (Kura) River.

Our tour will continue with a visit to Sioni Cathedral (17th century) and also view the Anchiskhati Basilica (6th century), one of the oldest religious buildings that has survived to this day in Tbilisi. Finally, we will pass by the Clock Tower of Rezo Gabriadze Puppet Theatre, which has become one of the symbols of the city, completing our tour.

4th Day: Tbilisi

After breakfast, we check out of our rooms by 12:00 (if the hotel is available and with prior notification to the guide, you can keep your room for an extra fee until the airport transfer time). Free time until the transfer time determined by our guide.

Optional Tour: Dinner Included Signagi Tour – Per Person: 110 EUR

We will visit the City of Lovers Signagi, located approximately 110 km away from Tbilisi in the Kakheti Region, which has been UNESCO protected. Founded in the Middle Ages, this charming town is built on a hill, and we will explore the city walls built in the 18th century, take wonderful photos, and admire the stunning views. As we stroll through the historical streets of the city, you can taste the famous Georgian wines in the Wine Cellars. After the tour, we will visit a very special Khareba Winery and Tunnel, which was made inside a cave. We will learn about wine storage and production. We will pass through vineyards in the Alazani Valley. We will have dinner in the Khaneti area at a restaurant, paired with Georgian Cuisine. After dinner, we will return to Tbilisi around 23:30. Overnight until the time indicated by our guide at our hotel.

5th Day: Tbilisi-Ankara

Transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Ankara at 06:00 on AJET flight 1706. After our arrival at Esenboğa Airport, the end of our tour.

Important Notes Regarding Travel to Tbilisi:

  1. Republic of Turkey citizens can travel to Georgia without a passport, only with a new type chip T.C. identity card.

Identity Entry Requirements

  • A new type T.C. identity card (chip) is mandatory. Old identity cards are not valid
  • Visa is not required
  • Passport is not required
  • The identity card must be intact, legible, and must be recent with a photo for every age passenger
  • Identity card must be kept on hand during entrance and exit

  1. Starting from January 1, 2026, every tourist entering Georgia must have a valid health and accident insurance policy.

  • The insurance policy must be presented in physical or electronic form and should be at least 30,000 GEL covered in Georgian or English.
  • The insurance policy must cover the entire duration of the tourist's stay in Georgia, including both entry and exit dates.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, changes in tour prices may occur, or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
  • Our guide will be waiting in the area where the tour begins, and the package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
  • During periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the departure date.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a panoramic narration by the guide from inside the vehicle, not including admission to museums or historical sites for a maximum duration of 2-3 hours.
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted due to the closure of sightseeing places by local authorities, road blockages on the route due to any events, or adverse weather conditions, and BTB Tours is not responsible for any inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot depending on the circumstances of closed roads or prohibited areas for vehicle entry.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated along with the general terms and obligations present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
  • For guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport, if the date of issuance of their passport is older than 10 years; they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the country they are going to or their flight may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to ripped, worn out, wet, or similarly damaged passports; those passports must be renewed and if the country visited requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the related visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstruction is the responsibility of the guests.
  • BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of the intermediary. BTB TOURS holds no liability in personal visa applications.
  • Guests making their own visa applications must ensure that they obtain the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) under normal circumstances within 1 business day. Guests must take this timeline into account while adjusting their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for any disruptions.
  • In the event of the guest's cancellation or non-participation in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge shall not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB Tours and this visa service was stated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest can obtain a refund of the remaining amount paid to the consulate, excluding visa fees and similar amounts, after presenting their unused visa with their passport no later than 1 week after the visa's expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refunds will be provided to the guest.
  • Route changes may occur based on the city where the airplane lands. The type and time of the airplane may change, and due to high season or special periods, hotels may vary in availability, and thus, similar hotels may be provided instead. The risks of schedule changes and hotel changes have been communicated at the time of booking and are accepted by the PASSENGER.
  • Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, additional bed implementations are available, and the third bed is smaller than standard beds. A guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; if suitable rooms are available, blocking will be made by the hotel.
  • Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with 2 adults.
  • Hotels offer continental breakfast, which is different from Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • During reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information that leads to cancellation or alteration of flight tickets are the responsibility of the passenger.
  • Our guests must have an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour and ends one day after the tour, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may face fines imposed by local authorities. The responsibility lies with guests in the event of penalties incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered one or more countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for other countries or border entry restrictions. In this case, BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility as this is beyond its control.
  • To optimize group travel benefits in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby venue until the tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and continue the journey.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days with the condition that the content remains unchanged or may not occur due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to provide the most suitable alternative for our valued guests. Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
  • Tours or excursions that local authorities do not allow to visit cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform these tours or excursions.
  • The seats assigned on our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be voided. In such cases, the rules of the airline are applicable.
  • Last minute delays and gate changes for flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored personally. If the flight is missed due to such reasons or personal circumstances, the guest must pay for and obtain a new ticket (as described previously, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Furthermore, if the group departure is missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if the guest travels by a different flight to the same city/country as the group, transportation from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so if availability exists for the relevant flight after the ticket has been issued by the airline. Since the seats in our programs are group fares, the requested ticket can be upgraded to the economy class, pending availability, after paying the fare indicated by the airline. In this case, the price difference incurred is the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the tour’s departure.
  • Before leaving Turkey, please ensure that your mobile line is enabled for international calling/receiving.
  • During your journey, please make sure to collect all of your belongings thoroughly when departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels.
  • BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities and/or the airline to be flown with in case of force majeure or as deemed necessary, without altering the program content.
  • BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, as long as the category remains the same.
  • BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain permission from their father; traveling with their father must obtain permission from their mother; and traveling with a third party must obtain permission from both parents. In the event of flight not occurring due to lack of consent, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
