Need to Know
The flights listed in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and Cruises company. The agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. Therefore, the agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule modifications. The operation agency reserves the right to change the flight routes if deemed necessary. For example, a cruise departing from Marseille may have its flight route changed from Nice/Lyon to Marseille or vice versa. Visa application documents are prepared within 96 hours. You should request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days prior to your application. In transfers between the airport and port, as well as round-trip transfers, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency official, guide, or driver has the authority to accept baggage, nor can they be held responsible for any issues. During the cruise, two of the evening meals are formal dinners. For these, each male passenger is required to bring at least one suit, and each female passenger should have at least one evening dress. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The content of the itinerary is for sample purposes only. The operation agency reserves the right to change the tour contents. During the sea voyage, the restaurants and tables for our group’s dinners are usually predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company. Some ships operate on an open seating basis. For ships with assigned tables, everyone will be seated at the predetermined tables from the first to the last dinner, but guests may choose to dine at other restaurants on the ship if arrangements are made by the ship's staff. At check-in, each passenger (only one per double room) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception to retrieve the cabin keys. Approximately 300 euros will be authorized on each credit card. This authorization is for expenses on board after check-in. Onboard expenses (such as drinks, beverages, or alcohol) can be paid using magnetic cards provided by the reception. Cash payments are not accepted on the ship except at the casino. You can check your account balances on your TV in the cabin. Before departure, luggage tags in specific colors will be provided for all group members, and these must be attached to your luggage at the port. Luggage may not arrive at your cabins on the first night of departure until late evening due to high volume and crowding. This is a situation entirely under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items for the first day in a small carry-on bag. It is imperative to adhere strictly to the boarding times. Boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship departs from the port. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board, and the agency will not be responsible. At the end of the cruise, please pack your luggage in advance, attach the previously provided tags, and leave it outside your cabin door by 00:00. After disembarkation, the group will collect their luggage at the designated station. We kindly ask each guest to personally check and confirm their luggage. Passports older than 10 years are not accepted for international travel, regardless of validity. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour. Passport must be intact, not torn or damaged. Visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. The required visa for each tour can be determined from the tour’s program. All guests are responsible for carrying their round-trip flight tickets and ship tickets. We recommend that guests activate international roaming on their mobile phones. On ships, generally, Euro or USD currencies are used, depending on the region. You can deposit cash or credit card deposits at automatic machines on board on the first day. For all programs, the minimum participation number is 20 people (10 cabins). If the operation agency cannot gather sufficient participants, it reserves the right to cancel the tour at least one month in advance and may suggest an alternative program. Cancellation conditions are specified in the detailed content of each program. Guests who behave violently or verbally abuse the crew during the cruise may be removed from the ship by the captain.
