For example, it may change the announced flight route from Nice/Lyon to Marseille or vice versa for a ship departing from Marseille. The documents required for visa applications are prepared within 96 hours. You should request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during airport and port transfers and between airport and port. No agency officials, guides, or drivers are authorized to accept luggage nor can they be held responsible. Two of the dinners during the ship journey are formal dinners, and each male passenger must have at least one suit, and each female should have at least one evening dress. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and the times and ports before or during the tour. The contents specified in the schedule are for example purposes only. The operation agency reserves the right to change tour contents. The restaurant where our group will have dinner during the cruise is generally predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise line company. On some ships, it may be open seating. Guests who are assigned to specific tables will sit at the designated tables from the first dinner to the last dinner, but guests wishing to dine at other restaurants on the ship can do so depending on the ship’s staff arrangements. At check-in, every passenger (only one person in couples) must show their credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception to receive cabin keys. An anticipated authorization of about 300 euros will be held on each credit card to cover expenses on board. These expenses include drinks, beverages, and alcoholic drinks, which can be paid for with magnetic cards given by the ship’s reception. Cash is not accepted inside the ship except in the casino. All expenses can be tracked via your room TVs. At the start of the cruise, luggage tags in specific colors will be provided for your luggage along with your cruise ticket. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of departure, due to high volume. This is a situation entirely under the ship’s responsibility. It is advisable to carry essential items in a small hand bag on the first day. It is mandatory to strictly adhere to the ship’s departure times. Boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship’s departure at ports. If not, you may be left behind, and the agency will not be responsible. At the end of the cruise, please pack your luggage and attach the pre-distributed tags the night before, leaving your luggage outside your cabin by midnight. After disembarkation, the group will collect its luggage at the designated station. We kindly ask each guest to personally check and handle their luggage.
