For example, they may change the departure city from Marseille to Nice/Lyon or vice versa. Visa application documents are prepared within 96 hours. You should request your visa confirmation letters from your agent at least 4 days before your application. At the airport and ports, as well as for transfers between the airport and port, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency officials, guides, or drivers have the right to take custody of luggage, nor can they be held responsible for such. Two of the evening meals during the cruise are formal dinners, and all male passengers must have at least one suit, and female passengers must have at least one evening gown with them. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and the times at ports before or during the cruise. The content listed in the itinerary is for illustration purposes only. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour content. During the cruise, the restaurant and table arrangements for dinner are generally predefined and numbered according to the ship company, although some ships may have open seating. In ships with assigned tables, everyone will sit at their predetermined tables from the first dinner to the last dinner, but guests who wish can dine at other restaurants on the ship, subject to the ship's staff arrangements. At check-in, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception to receive their cabin key. An average authorization of 300 euros will be temporarily debited from each credit card. This is meant for expenses incurred during the cruise. Additional expenses such as drinks and alcohol can be paid with magnetic cards issued by the ship’s reception. Cash payments are not accepted in the casino or other areas on the ship. All expenses can be checked via the TV in your cabin. At the start of the cruise, luggage tags in specific colors, corresponding to your cruise ticket, will be handed out to you. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port. Luggage may not arrive in your cabins on the first evening of departure. This is due to high density and crowding, which is entirely the responsibility of the ship. It is advisable to pack essential items in a small hand bag to carry with you on the first day. Please strictly adhere to the departure times of the ship. Passengers must check in at the port at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure; otherwise, boarding may not be possible. The agency is not responsible for such situations. After the cruise ends, you should pack your luggage the night before, attach the pre-placed tags, and leave them outside your cabin by midnight. The group will then collect the luggage from the station where luggage is kept. Each guest is kindly asked to personally touch and verify their own luggage before taking it. Exits are not permitted with passports that are over 10 years old. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the tour.
