1st Day: Ankara – Stockholm - Jönköping
Meet at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departure Terminal in front of the Ajet Airlines counter after completing ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures. Depart from Istanbul with Ajet Airlines flight VF503 at 13:45 to Stockholm. Arrive in Stockholm at 16:30. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we will depart from the airport for a city tour. Then, we head to Jönköping. We will do a panoramic city tour and transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Jönköping.
Dinner: Will be at a place chosen by the guide, with free time available; will be extra.
 
2nd Day: Jönköping – Copenhagen
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Denmark's capital, Copenhagen. Upon arrival, we will first visit the royal palace. During our Frederiksborg Palace tour, we will see the castle, which is an extraordinary example of Renaissance style and has played an important role in Northern Europe’s history, then we will visit the Danish Royal Family’s summer residence and its specially designed garden. Afterwards, we will begin the Copenhagen city tour, which includes Christianborg Castle, Amalienborg Palace (Royal Palace), Little Mermaid, Europe’s longest pedestrian street Stroget, Nyhavn Canal, Medieval Börse Buildings, and City Hall Square. After the tour, we will take a canal boat tour of Copenhagen. Then, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Copenhagen.

3rd Day: Copenhagen – Gothenburg – Oslo
After breakfast at the hotel, we proceed to Gothenburg. Upon arrival, we start the panoramic city tour. In Gothenburg, which is Sweden’s second-largest and the fourth-largest city in Scandinavia, we will walk along the avenue of the city decorated with canals. We will see Gustav Adolf Square, Poseidon Statue at Götaplatzen Square, Opera and Theatre Houses, and Ullevi Stadium. After the tour, we will head to Oslo, Norway’s capital. Overnight in Oslo.

4th Day: Oslo
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a city tour in Oslo. The tour includes the Royal Palace, Parliament Building, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Vigeland Park at Skitramp Ramp, Opera House, and Akershus Fortress. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Free time and relaxation. Overnight in Oslo.

5th Day: Oslo – Voringsfossen - Bergen
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Bergen. During our scenic journey, we will see the Voringsfossen waterfall. We arrive in Bergen, Norway’s second-largest city, and proceed with the city tour. Known as the city of the seven mountains, Bergen was the capital of Norway in the 13th century. During the city tour, we will visit the Fish Market, colorful houses that are symbols of Bergen, and the historic Bryggen wharf district. During our free time, you can shop at the fish market or taste various seafood. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time for relaxation. Overnight in Bergen.

6th Day: Bergen – Tvindefossen – Gudvangen – Fjord Boat Journey from Gudvangen to Flam – Lillehammer or Hamar
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Gudvangen. During this scenic journey, we will see the famous Tvindefossen waterfall. Upon arrival in Gudvangen, we will board a boat to enjoy a sparkling journey around the fjords. The journey to Flam offers spectacular views of Norway’s breathtaking scenery. After arriving in Flam, we head to our hotel. Optional activity: Flam Train ride available for 175 EUR. We stay in Lillehammer, Hamar, or nearby depending on availability.

7th Day: Lillehammer or Hamar – Karlstad – Stockholm
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Stockholm. On the way, we stop at Karlstad. Karlstad is a small settlement located where the Klarälven river, one of Sweden’s longest rivers, flows into Lake Vänern, one of Scandinavia’s largest lakes. The city is also the second-largest harbor in Sweden after Vasteras. During the tour, we will see Karlstad Cathedral and the Old Town Square of Karlstad. After the tour, we continue to Stockholm. Overnight in Stockholm.

8th Day: Stockholm – Ankara
After breakfast at our hotel, we perform our city tour of Stockholm. Highlights include Fjallgatan Hill, Old Town (Gamla Stan) from medieval times, the Christmas Square and iconic houses, Djurgarden Park, City Hall, the National Theatre which spans seven theaters under one roof, the Stock Exchange Building, and Kongens Have Park. After the tour, free time is given for shopping and experiencing the medieval magic. Later, we transfer to the airport as per the guide’s schedule. After ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, Ajet Airlines flight VF504 departs at 17:25 to Ankara. Arrive in Ankara at 22:10. Looking forward to seeing you on your next journey…

Need to Know
INFORMATION,
- During the trip, it is recommended to use a Credit card to make purchases and expenses in all the countries visited. Each country has its own currency, and the most common and secure payment method is bank card or credit card. If we hold Euros, currency exchange will only be available at certain locations.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a seat rotation system daily, with no guarantee for fixed seats or front seats. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-Free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic spirits (excluding those with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including those with 22% or less alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- The tour program may change due to weather and road conditions, but the guide will show all locations specified in the program, and the overall itinerary will be maintained.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure. If less than 30 days remain, a 30% penalty applies. If 20 days or less remain, 100% penalty applies. Cancellation requests accompanied by hospital reports, work permits, or other official documents from Turkey, or cancellations of hotel and services outside Turkey are unfortunately not accepted.
- Our tour program operates with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notice will be made 20 days before the tour departure date. Any cancellation due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel.
- When hotel names are not specified and only category information is given or options are available for the same destination, hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days prior to the departure.
- During fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc., hotels may be used at locations more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform you 15 days prior to the departure.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are called foldable or coach beds, participants agree to possible discomfort and bed types when making reservations for 3 persons or children. Child discounts are valid for a single child sharing with 2 adults of appropriate age.
- The included hotel services, such as breakfasts, are generally continental-style and include butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, served in a dedicated hall for groups.
- Panorama city tours included in the package are 2-3 hour tours for general city introduction, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entry fees. These tours, along with others in the program, may be changed by local authorities or due to weather conditions, and Viyatravel is not responsible if they cannot be conducted due to road closures or restrictions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads are closed or access is restricted.
- Waiting times at border crossings during travel may exceed standard durations, and Viyatravel is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these delays.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with at least 20 participants. If the required number is not met, the tours may not be provided, and prices or content may vary depending on participant numbers, vehicle availability, and the dates and times of the tours, considering opening/closing status of sites and weather conditions.
- Participating in extra tours is optional. Passengers who do not wish to participate will be dropped off at a resting stop and are considered to accept waiting there; they will be picked up after the tour's conclusion.
- Participants in air travel tours must complete check-in and boarding procedures personally at the airport, either at the airline counter or online via the airline's website, prior to the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who fail to be present at the specified time at the airport or to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not show up for the flight after completing their check-in. Missing the flight will result in no participation in the tour, and all additional costs for new tickets and transfers will be borne by the individual.
- Viyatravel is a travel broker and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes may occur, and Viyatravel is obliged to notify participants as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay the airport tax and service fees.
