DAY 01: ISTANBUL AIRPORT – NAPLES – POMPEII AND CITY TOUR
Meet at 04:00 at the THY foreign lines F check-in counters (counters 1–27) after entering through gate 3 at Istanbul Airport. Depart for Naples at 06:55 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1453. Arrival in Naples at 08:20 local time.
We will proceed to Pompeii with our vehicle. Once one of the largest cities in the Mediterranean during the Roman Empire, Pompeii has become one of the world's largest open-air museums thanks to excavation works that have been ongoing for two centuries, buried under the ashes of Mount Vesuvius. You will have the chance to stroll through the streets of Pompeii, witnessing many well-preserved structures from the Roman period, and see human remains buried under the ashes of Vesuvius.
After the tour, we will move on to the center of Naples. Established at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, Naples is the birthplace of Neapolitan songs, the homeland of Italian pizza, and a typical Mediterranean city. During the panoramic tour by bus, sights include the city's elite neighborhoods, the home of Enrico Caruso, a photo stop at Vomero Hill, the Royal Palace, and the Santa Lucia waterfront.
At the end of the tour, we will head to our hotel in Naples for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will begin our full-day tour at the time indicated by our guide.
Sorrento is the birthplace of the poet Torquato Tasso, a land of colors, the homeland of mermaids, and a city of lemon and orange trees. In the 1920s, it also hosted the famous Soviet writer Maxim Gorky. Sorrento is a charming southern city where goodness and hospitality blend, passed down from generation to generation.
After our tour of Sorrento, we will proceed to Capri. After a journey by fast ferry, we will arrive at Capri Island. Places to visit in Capri include the town of Capri above the harbor, Anacapri at the top of the hill, the Augustus Gardens, and the shopping street. Those who wish can take a cable car from Anacapri to the highest point of the island to enjoy a magnificent view.
At the end of the tour, we will return to our hotel in Naples for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will begin our full-day tour at the time indicated by our guide.
We will explore the world's most beautiful coastline, the Amalfi Coast (Costiera Amalfitana), starting with Positano, followed by the Amalfi coast. Amalfi, the capital of the Maritime Republic of Amalfi, was an important trade center between 800-1200. Located 35 km south of Naples in the Gulf of Salerno, Amalfi was a popular destination for English aristocrats and wealthy individuals in the 1920s and 1930s. Today, along with Positano, Ravello, and other towns along the coast, it is an important tourist destination.
At the end of the tour, we will return to our hotel in Naples for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will complete our hotel check-out procedures and proceed to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After ticket and baggage procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 19:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1880 from Naples. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:50 and end of our tour.
