Two enchanting villages at the fork at the end of Storfjord. Once postal ports in the north, they are now among Norway’s favorite cruise ports in the north, with an annual average of 180 ship calls due to the difficulty of overland access. We start our tour by greeting Hellesylt Waterfall... Its first identity was as a postal route heading north, but today it is a tourism center. First, we go to the viewpoint where we will see Hellesylt Fjord and photograph the fjord from there, then continue on our way. Our first stop is the ham stone and the stone bridge dating back to the 1800s. Then we go to Hornindal Lake, the deepest lake in Europe, and take a break there. After getting back on the road, our next stop is Stryn, one of the most active towns in the region. In Stryn, where the royal family especially comes for fishing, you will see the stone bridge and then have free time for shopping and coffee/lunch. After a break at the foot of Djupvatnet Lake, you will be captivated by the view from the terrace of Dalsnibba Mountain at an altitude of 1476 m, if the weather is fine. Then we stop at the Flydal viewpoint and this time photograph Geiranger Fjord. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship. 04.
